My stay was better than expected as this was a very busy season and most hotels were fully booked. The location was great as it is easily accessible to shops and restaurants, even by walking.
Lovely hotel a short walk from the Atlantic Ocean. Originally the railway station which has been enlarged extensively. Dinner was a buffet with lots of choice as was breakfast.
Large hotel created from the old railway station; pleasant with a slight sense of faded elegance. Generally clean and tidy, and good location just off the old centre of town.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating, which made us feel right at home.
This hotel met our needs. Decor is fresh and we, ll put together. Breakfast was lovely. Staff are always cleaning. Feels fresh. A good stay.
All and all it met my expectations. Nothing stood out as remarkable, but nothing disappointed. The location is nice. The restaurant and bar are comfortable.

Had a lovely stay, surrounded by the greenery and quiet vibes the place offers. Staff are very friendly, and the food was so tasty.
From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by a soothing and peaceful atmosphere.
Lovely little hotel with all facilities you need… not sure of classification as 4*, I’m no expert but was reasonably priced and good value. Room was lovely.

Excellent base for exploring Swakopmund. Only stayed one night as we were travelling next day. Staff were very understanding of our early start and made sure we had breakfast available.
Perfectly positioned to explore Swakop. We hardly used our car while we were there, except for when the guys went quad biking. Walking around town felt safe — day and night.
What a great spot to explore Swakopmund from. The rooms are a functional size, but are really clean and well thought-out with good use of space and everything you'll need.
Beautiful safe, location, stunning ambience… Delightful lighting at night.
Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.
Perfect location to get to the town, beach, mall.
We had a good stay at the Villa. The staff are very friendly indeed, the room is clean and spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast too as it had various options. We will definitely call again.
The location is fantastic as it is only a 5-minute walk from the ocean. The beach is peaceful as you are not disturbed by people trying to sell you curios.
We really enjoyed our two nights stay at The sea. The room had direct access to the garden and the pool. Sea view was beautiful. Breakfast very good. Everything functioned perfect.
Very friendly owner helped us organise last minute tour to the Deadvlei and dunes. The hotel is rather simple, but it totally met all. Of our needs, and it is super reasonably priced given the area!
Absolutely charming guest house! The place is super cute, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, even in unexpected situations.
Great little retreat tucked away in the heart of Swakopmund. A 20 minute walk from the pier/downtown. The owner was lovely and gave us a great restaurant recommendation (The Tug).
The bed is warm and comfortable. We had an amazing sleep. There’s Wi-Fi and it’s hosted by a nice kind guy who is very helpful.
Best night sleep! Peace and quite! Flat has everything you need for. A break before you hit the road again. Could actually take a nice bath with hot water on demand.
Very happy — very neat garden and rooms — Had a blast and the breakfast was define will definitely recommend.
Prinzessin Rupprecht is our number one choice when in Swakop. Close to the beach, jetty, shopping centres and restaurants.
We had a very comfortable one night stay while touring Namibia.
This is an old style hotel dating back will over 100 years — full of character and interesting history.
We truly loved the place. It was out home away from home and you will definitely see us again. The stay did wonders for all body, mind and soul.
My family and I (12 in total from 3 to 75) stayed at Rossmund for 4 days and loved the place. We found the staff amazingly helpful and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
We really enjoyed our stay in Rossmund. Even the kids didn’t want to leave the house. From the reception to the rooms everyone welcomed us with a smile. Even the environment was cool.
My husband and I want to thank the owner, manager and staff of Gecko Lodge for their incredible support, service and understanding.
The camping facilities were good. The ablutions were very clean.
It would have been good to have a tap at the camp site, but it could be that the establishment wants to save water.
Cozy rooms, friendly staff, gorgeous surroundings … truly a peaceful, rejuvenating experience I highly recommend💯!

Smooth check in and spacious rooms. The location is amazing on the same road to the Tug restaurant and near the city center.
Lovely, old fashion Pension, located in Swakopmund, walking distance to most of the restaurants, bars and sights. Continental breakfast was well presented and more than sufficient.
We went again in this small pension after 18 years since our first stay!
Our room was nice, toilet was a bit old.
We needed a heater for our room and we had it for a small extra amount.
Had a lovely stay here, was clean and nice rooms. Very interesting location and castle style building.
Definitely worth a visit with great access to the moonscape landscapes.
The hotel is a few kilometres out of Swakopmund 2ith easy access along a well maintained unpaved road. The self catering rooms offer all the basic amenities required by a traveller or group.
We stayed two nights at Gut Richthofen. The selfcatering apartments were clean and very nice. Even though is was very hot the apartment were nice an cool inside. There is also a braii area.
