Lovely, old fashion Pension, located in Swakopmund, walking distance to most of the restaurants, bars and sights. Continental breakfast was well presented and more than sufficient. Owner and staff are welcoming, and always willing to assist. Booking was easy, no fuss, and I paid by CCard, no issues there.
Rude owner manager and staff. I didnt know the hours for breakfast as they didn't indicate so on their website. She rudely told me, "You cant come now as breakfast is only served from 8am. " To further add insult to injury my eggs were screwed with no apology yetthe waitress rudely argued with me about my room number. I told her my correct number yet she insisted it was the one next to mine untill I convinced her. Very bad service and the place feels like a school hostel. That is not how you do bussiness or is this place only reserved for certain guests? Better avoid next time.

Smooth check in and spacious rooms. The location is amazing on the same road to the Tug restaurant and near the city center. It has a lovely small pool and chazlongs ideal for star gazing at night as well. The only take for me was the absence of any staff at night, which was quite tricky when we faced a tough situation with our access keys at night.
