Riad Tonaroz

Our stay at Riad Tonaroz and Riad Tonaroz Gold was wonderful. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I truly felt at home. The rooms were lovely, and both riads had a beautiful ethnic atmosphere.
The location was also great—about a 10-minute taxi ride from the Medina. It’s especially ideal if you prefer to stay away from the noisy crowds at night after spending the day exploring the souks and central areas. Since I was traveling with children, this was the perfect choice for us. I would definitely choose to stay here again on a future visit.

We had a wonderful time in Marrakech, thanks to the Riad's hospitality as well. We were delighted with our choice of accommodation. Unlike the bustle of the Medina, this place is much quieter. The service was excellent. The proximity to the airport was crucial for an early flight, as we had. Special thanks to Youssef – he took excellent care of us and gave us many valuable tips for our stay in Marrakech. Will come back again!

We had a great stay at Riad Tonaroz, the place is beautiful and calm, our room was amazing : well designed, comfortable, spacious, the bathroom convenient and spacious too. The rooftop offers a perfect view for sunset, sunrise and also enjoying the night sky. The food whether for breakfast or the other meal was very tasty. Khalid brought a lot of attention to making us feel at home, organized most of our activities, provided advices and make our stay pleasant. Ali also helped us to organized our last minutes leisure. We will come back Inch Allah.

This is a superb place very clean and friendly. Staff went above and beyond to create a fabulous stay and 100% recommend.

What a beautiful place amazing Riad, lovely big rooms, staff were so kind helpful nothing was too much trouble, the food was so good and we could eat breakfast and dinner at times that suited us rather than having specific times. Free airport transfers and if we needed to go to the medina taxis were arranged for us. We will definitely be back thankyou.

Riad Tonaroz was a beautiful place to stay! We were here for three nights and throughout our stay, Amina was incredibly helpful in so many ways. We were greeted with her calm demeanour and some tea — which we really needed at the time! The night shift staff were also great (i'm sorry, I forgot his name) and any other staff that we saw during our stay were very friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and so were the dinners they provided. Everything is clean and no request was too much hassle for them. Amina was very helpful in suggesting where to visit during our stay but also how to travel around. Her English is perfect. The location is peaceful and not far from the city centre but getting a taxi back to the Riad was a struggle at times — not all drivers understood where it was at first. I had hoped to have a swim but wasn't aware of the larger pool at the time. We highly recommend this riad and hope to return one day!

There's nothing negative to say about this property! This is a very beautiful property Moroccan style, surrounded by a beautiful and peaceful garden with a big outside pool. The host/manager Karim is very kind and attentive to your every need. He is always there for you if you need anything or have any questions or concerns. The rest of the staff, ex: Khalid, Abdul, the awesome driver Mohammed, Ahmed, Muhammad and Fatima are exceptional people! Personally, I could not speak more highly of Fatima, Khalid and Abdul as they provided me EXCELLENT daily care and attention. The whole staff at Riad Tonaroz is wonderful and genuinely care about their guests! ♥️ There are tons of Riads to choose from in Marrakech but I personally highly recommend this Riad or its sisters Riads, Kenza and Azia! Honestly, to me the best part of my visit to Marrakech, Morocco was my stay at this beautiful place with such wonderful caring staff!

A beautiful and exotic Riad with a view with a palm tree garden! They offer free airport shuttle service so it was perfect for me who landed late at night. Also it was easy to get to Medina as well as the new town by cab (using in-drive, the Moroccan uber) with 35~40 DHS)
All the staff were unbelievably friendly and attentive!

Great hospitality!
We were collected from the airport for free, the location is quite close to the airport, 5 mins by car. The manager and all the staff were very friendly. We had dinner and breakfast, both of which were good.

We've been here just one night, but It was so perfect!
The room and bathroom were clean.
Pool and garden were so beautiful.
The most great thing was the breakfast and the services.
The host majid was very kind and maked us comfortable.

Last minute booking in this Riad because I missed my flight. I didn't know what to except and I can tell I will come back!
I received a warm welcome by Ismael who was very helpful for everything.
The Riad is sumptuous and the room is very comfortable. Had my best sleep of my trip so far. Amazing value for money!
The location is also very convenient. 5min from the airport with a free transfert. And 12min with a cab to the center.
There is also a supermarket open until late to buy groceries near by.

Wow, what an amazing experience!
We stayed at a golf resort in Marrakesh and discovered this charming, very clean riad for a one-night stay before our early departure to the airport. The manager's humor and the welcome drinks (orange juice and local cakes) made for a delightful chat.
We felt right at home, like chatting with a big brother. Despite feeling like troublesome kids waking him up early to drive us to the airport, we were greeted with warm food upon arrival. The riad offers a 24-hour free shuttle to the airport, reasonably priced transfers to Medina and the city, and has a great vibe overall. We will definitely be back in September. It felt just like staying at home.
The story didn't end there. Despite our late arrival and having booked half board, we didn't expect much. However, we were pleasantly surprised with a cozy evening and a three-course meal on the terrace. Special thanks to the manager, Karim, and staff member, Ahmed, for the wonderful chat and making our evening memorable. This place truly has a soul.
