This was an amazing stay. There is complimentary pick up and drop off to the airport. Ahmad was amazing and kind, and was extremely warm in handling everything. The breakfast is lavish with lots of options. They do offer drop off to the Medina at a nominal charge (and in fact the cost is much lesser than what other taxis will charge you).
The room itself is amazing, and so is the bathroom. Very spacious and modern. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Marrakech.
The most hospitable and kind welcome. We were so well looked after during our stay. The location is outside medina but easily reachable by taxi and all excursions collect from Riad. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and with great mattresses, pillows and fresh bedding. We had a half board which included a lovely breakfast and fantastic traditional dinner selection every night with Beef, prunes and almond tagines being the highlight. Thank you Ahmed and all of the staff for making our trip to Marrakesh so enjoyable.

I chose Kenza on a recent trip as an option close to the airport to catch an early morning flight. Despite my arriving late in the evening, the front desk was very welcoming and graciously arranged a taxi and takeaway breakfast. The riad itself is very clean and modern, and the room was spacious and well appointed (other than the central courtyard, it felt like a modern hotel). Despite being close to the airport the room was quiet and I slept well. Price-wise I believe it compares favorably to some of the large western hotel options near the airport, so I definitely recommend it as a good value for a pre-flight stay.
