The hotel left a very good impression. Although it is located a bit further from the city center, the location is very convenient – there is a grocery store and cozy cafés nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful and tidy, and the rooms have proper locks, which adds an extra sense of security. The surroundings are calm and safe, with few people in the hotel, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. The breakfast was especially delightful – very tasty and plentiful. A great place for a quiet rest, I truly recommend it!

Enjoyed staying in this quieter corner of the city. There is a bus to/from the Medina for 5 or 5½ dirhams one way. A great way to save on taxi fare.
There are also nearby restaurants and cafes that are very affordable and give you a glimpse into true local life.
Really enjoyed the heater in the room as the winter cold would have otherwise made it harder to sleep. The bathroom was cold though.
One day they entered our room to clean it but didn't knock. My wife was in the room but thankfully clothed.
Another day they didn't clean our room and were told they forgot but the cleaner had gone home for the day by the time we returned.
Appreciated that on the last day they prepared breakfast quite early because we needed to get to our bus at 8 AM.

Very good reception, they helped us to check in and served us a tea with pasta. In addition, they improved our room without paying anything else. The reception staff were all super attentive and gave us several recommendations for our visit to Marrakech. On our early morning departure they provided us with a full breakfast, in addition to preparing the transfer to the airport. Surely if we come more to Marrakech, we will repeat the riad.

Even that we stayed 1 night. Everything was perfect! Everything was very luxurious and clean. Service was outstanding great! We almost missed our night-flight because we slept through our timer and Aissam woke us up perfectly on time! Aissam is the best host ever! He deserves 1000/10 stars rating, young, respectful and driven host is doing amazing. Riad Azia, dont ever lose him! In a month we are coming back to stay much longer!

Perfectly located 10 minutes away from the airport and about 20 minutes from the old city. You can enjoy all that Marrakech has to offer in the day and enjoy the peace and quite of this Riad in the afternoons and evenings.
Hamza made sure we were welcomed and had everything we needed during our stay. What a hospitable person who ensured we had transport for all our trips to and from the city.
Zakiya at the spa gave me the best massage and facial. I felt so rejuvenated after her treatment.
The cook at this Azia whips up the most amazing traditional Morrocan cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The housekeeping staff ensured our room was serviced everyday.

Great stay at Riad Azia in Marrakech! Lovely and attentive staff were next level… some of the best in my experience ever. Gorgeous design and decoration. Room was simple, clean, and comfortable. Loved the breakfast! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect if you have a flight in the early morning — it‘s located directly near the airport. The Hotel Management even organised us a transfer shuttle to the airport at 3:00 AM in the morning for free.
The staff is unbelievably friendly and the tajin is in my opinion the best ive had in Marrakech.
The hotel is very clean and looks amazing. Had a great time there!

I stayed here for 5 days and it was the best experience the food is so good I didn’t bother eating out, the serves was amazing I loved the breakfast in the morning and let’s not talk about how beautiful it is along side the stuff. It’s close to the Medina it has two pool and lots of cats in the garden which I love. There rooms make you feel like royalty the service given by Chaimae shes the cuties thing ever she made sure to make it even more special but over all you guys have to come here at least once in your life! I’ll be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Azia. The hotel itself is pretty, with traditional Moroccan beauty and charm. The food was exceptional. The traditional dishes were beautifully presented, plentiful and they catered well to me as a vegetarian.
The staff were so friendly, attentive, and helpful – nothing was ever too much trouble. For a relaxing place to stay in Marrakech with fantastic food and wonderful service, Riad Azia is an absolute gem! 💎

Great experience, spacious rooms and great breakfast. Ahmed Chaime and Issam took great care of us and recommended us places to visit in Marrakesh. I’d book this place again if I am in Marrakesh.

I loved my stay at Riad Azia. It is located in a quiet area close-by to the airport but outside of the main city area of Marrakech. Getting into the city or to the airport are only short taxi rides away.
Road Azia epitomises the magic of what lies beyond a high wall, covered in colourful bougainvillea and a doorway.
As the doorway opens there is a small pathway through a small, quaint garden and leading towards a huge Moroccan style main open doorway. It’s lovely. It is a new building but constructed with a nod to Moroccan architecture.
I was greeted like an old friend and shown the facilities. I had a room at the rear of the riad. My room did not have an en suite bathroom but I was provided a bathroom close-by for my exclusive use, and given a key to the same. I was close to the door to the rear garden and the swimming pool.
It was very hot when I was there but the road was kept cool and air conditioning was provided in the bedroom.
Breakfast was included in the room rate and was delicious and plentiful and served in nice surroundings.
I thought the riad was very well priced. If you are looking for somewhere out of the hustle and bustle of Marrakech city but still close-by, then Road Azia comes highly recommended.

All the staff are incredibly nice and the hospitality is amazing. Would definitely recommend to other friends, the location is a bit confusing but the inside is decorated stunningly, the rooms are very cozy with A/C. We had breakfast here and that too was very delicious, we had a traditional moroccan breakfast, I highly recommend. Overall a very good experience, would visit again.

We spent six incredible days at Riad Azia in Marrakech, and it was a magical experience! The riad is beautifully traditional, cozy, and full of character. The decor is stunning, with authentic Moroccan touches that make you feel immersed in the culture. The hospitality was fantastic, with the staff always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. If you’re looking for a peaceful and authentic Moroccan stay, Riad Azia is the place to be!

This might be the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. We were warmly greeted by Ibrahim and his colleague, they made sure to get us traditional moroccan tea and snacks while we were going through the check in process. The decorating in the hotel made you feel you were still in morocco and not just a hotel. They made sure to take us for a full tour and make sure we had everything we needed and advised us on some shops and cafes close by. They were very helpful arranging accommodation for us back to the airport the next morning and would not let us leave without breakfast, while still getting to the airport in a timely fashion. Ahmed and Ibrahim were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with throughout the whole stay.
