Beautiful boutique quiet Riad, super service and great Moroccan style breakfast. No noise. Staff so helpful and kind. Can also highly recommend the spa. Lovely peaceful stay, near to the Kasbah would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend if you want a quiet place.

Staying at Riad Cologne&Spa was an unforgettable experience! Nestled in the heart of the Medina, it offered the perfect balance of traditional charm and exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
The attentiveness of Mohammed, Abdelghany, Nouhaila and all the rest of the staff and the genuine warmth made us feel truly at home. Whether it was preparing delicious meals, or simply offering helpful tips about exploring the city, they fulfilled every request with a smile and unparalleled professionalism.
The Riad itself was beautifully maintained, with exquisite décor that captured the essence of Moroccan craftsmanship. Our room was cozy and immaculately clean, and the common areas provided a quiet place to take time and relax from the noisy streets of the Medina.
We left with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for the hospitality we received. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated like family while enjoying the beauty of Marrakech, the Riad Cologne&Spa is an absolute must!

Amazing place. The rooms were super clean, all our itineraries could be done by foot easily. And Mohammed was really helpful and supported with every question we had. It really felt like home to be there. Will definitely come here again!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at Riad Cologne & SPA. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with tea and biscuits, and the staff shared valuable insights into exploring Marrakech. The location, just a 10-minute walk from the main square, provided a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Additionally, its proximity to the king's palace, where guards are stationed 24/7, ensured a safe and secure environment throughout our stay. "

Overall, a great experience staying in this riad that was heartfully decorated and clean. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures and more! Mohammed took care of us and made us feel home in Morocco. He is a gem and will go out of his way to fix problems (if any) and satisfy his clients. Very nice breakfast with panoramic views of the city of Marakkech and beyond (Atlas mountains). Excellent spa services too. A little effort needs to be made to fix the bathroom drains but it was not the end of the world. We took back fond memories of this riad and especially the hospitality offered by Mohammed and his team.

I stayed at Riad Cologne with my husband and two kids last week and our experience was beyond delightful. The owners are knowledgeable and helpful in every regard, the location is quiet and close to everything (Sidi Mimoun is so special, with its alleys and proximity to the Medina within walking distance), breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the pool is welcoming and perfect for a hot summer day, and the hammam and spa service was very soothing after all the walking through town.

My friend and I stayed here for a week in June and it was amazing. We could not have asked for a better first trip to Marrakesh!
The riad is perfectly situated and absolutely beautiful— the attention to detail in the decorations is amazing. We loved the daily breakfast, the pool was perfect, the room was gorgeous (with the world’s best bathtub), the spa was a fun extra experience, and everyone who worked there was absolutely adorable. The only drawback is that the building is a bit echoey so it could get a little loud at times, but I think that is because of the way these types of buildings are built with inside courtyards. It didn’t bother us but it could be an issue for some.
We felt really comfortable as two women traveling alone and had a fabulous time exploring. We went to the sea (Essaouira) and the waterfalls with the tour groups that the people at the riad helped us organize, which were both good escapes from the heat of the summer. The staff also helped us organize our shuttles to and from the airport, which was a huge relief since we had limited phone service and no internet!
Definitely one of my favorite travel experiences and that is largely because of the kindness of everyone at the riad.
