Our stay at Riad Casa Maria lasted four days, and we wished it could have lasted a lifetime. We will definitely return to Marrakech to find ourselves in this haven of peace where we were able to completely recharge. The design, the refined rooms and central area, the exceptional kindness of the owners and staff, and the excellent food make this establishment the ideal place, right in the heart of the medina, just steps from Jemaa el-Fna square, for visiting Marrakech.

The best riad I've ever seen in my life! The breakfast is simply incredible: varied, fresh, and prepared with great care. They also made couscous—no exaggeration—the best I've ever eaten!
The rooms are immaculate, very clean, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the bathroom is spotless. The argan oil soaps are of exceptional quality—they're organic, and they work with a laboratory, which shows their dedication and attention to detail.
A huge thank you to Nesrine, Sadia, and Mina for their kindness, hospitality, and smiles. Thanks to them, my stay was unforgettable. ❤️

It was a great experience. Located 300 meters from the central square, yet secluded and very quiet, the owners' management is its true strength. Friendliness, attentiveness, and kindness are the hallmarks of this small Riad. The homemade breakfast is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

Riad Casa Maria Marrakech: a diamond in the souk.
When you walk through the souk, it can be hard to find something truly special. There are so many products and street stalls that it can feel overwhelming. But when you arrive at Casa Maria, you immediately know you’ve found a diamond in the souk.
Riad Casa Maria is a small riad (a traditional Marrakech guesthouse) built around a central fountain-pool, just like in the classic Marrakech homes. The building itself is quite new, with five rooms, each one dedicated to a distinguished woman from Arab culture. Even though the building is new, it still has plenty of soul. It’s been beautifully designed in the spirit of traditional Moroccan guesthouses. The entire space is clean, tidy, and radiates peace and calm.
Without a doubt, it’s an exceptional and reasonably priced place — the perfect balance between quality and cost.
But buildings without people are just stone, concrete, and tiles. What truly makes Riad Casa Maria outstanding is the people. Karim and Niso run the place with genuine kindness and a willingness to help far beyond what you’d expect from regular hotel staff. Their warmth is what makes you feel at home. They even helped us solve an issue with some bus tickets and boarding passes. Always ready with helpful advice and practical support, they make everything easier.
