My stay at Kacems House in Marrakesh was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, Kacem made me feel incredibly welcome. He was always available and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The room was stunning—spotless, beautifully decorated, and by far the best I’ve stayed in while visiting Marrakesh.
Kacem’s hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. He even took the time to introduce me to his two turtles and cats, adding a special, personal touch to my visit. The location is fantastic, but a quick tip: Google Maps can be a bit tricky and may lead you to the wrong spot. It's best to use the words "sourced, " "mass, " and "become" on the What3Words app’s compass, or simply call Kacem, and he’ll happily guide you.
Overall, I can’t recommend Kacem House enough. If you’re planning a trip to Marrakesh, this is the place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!
This Riad is a genuine rustic gem! A true relic of times gone by. Located in the Medina with it’s colour, noise and mayhem and yet so quiet and tranquil at night. Our host Christophe was excellent and very accommodating even in the early hours of the morning on arrival and departure! Nothing was too much trouble for him. The breakfast was delicious.

Avoid this Riad. There are plenty of more welcoming and hospitable riads in Marrakesh. The room was freezing cold which means sleep is difficult in this condition, you can hear all the people entering their rooms in addition to random guests mistaking my door for theirs at 4am. The host is unhinged, gets abusive and aggressive when confronted with constructive feedback is given. Like I said there is many nice Riads like riad Kasbah — go there and you’ll get a true Riad experience.
