Riad Caesar

Riad Caesar was the absolutely perfect place to stay when visiting Marrakech! We enjoyed it so much to extend out stay. The location is on a quiet street in the middle of the souk (where the best shops and restaurants are and walking distance to all remaining sights). The hosts were so attentive and nice, they made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were a little feast every day — so yummy! The riaad also has a beautiful rooftop terrace to relax and enjoy the sunset and the swimming offers a cool respite. Cannot recommend the riaad highly enough!

Very nice place in the streets of the Medina, quiet and clean, with a nice terrace where you can have a tea and enjoy watching the stars. We were welcomed by Youssef which instantly treated us like his family. Always receiving us politely, with a smile, and giving the best advices.
Before checking in we were given a mint tea and some local sweets.
The breakfast was very good, typical Moroccan breakfast served fast and with care.
It was a nice experience in general and we definitely recommend it.

Our stay here was really lovely. Maha, the manager was so helpful and lovely, she booked us onto the tours and Hammam spa, she let us use her mobile phone, she gave us breakfast to go and was overall an exceptional host. She definitely deserves 5 stars.
The Riad is beautiful, has an old, traditional vibe to it. Not modern. Room was nice and clean, quite simple. Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the main square.
Breakfast was decent, simple but good.

I stayed 2 nights at this Riad!
This hotel is at the center of Marrakech, so I could visit places easily.
I like their cute swimming pool especially for cooling my body when I comeback to hotel from hot weather outside.
And they have really nice rooftop garden where I could have a realxed vibes with sunset.
Also staffs in this Riad are very kind and helped me so much to get all information about the places and restaurant. I really liked their smile :)

My wife and I recently stayed here for a long weekend. I can' rate it highly enough. The property has been very tastefully renovated and the pool was a welcome escape from the July heat. Maha and Yassim were extremely attentive and really looked after us. From preparing a lovely breakfast to organising tours, they had extensive local knowledge and were excellent hosts. Its a very quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Jemaa El-Fnaa and the souks. Its the perfect place to stay to explore the city and experience an authentic Moroccan Riad.

First off, we arrived roughly 10pm, frazzled, hot and exhausted from the chaos at Gatwick and a cramped 4hour flight.
To enter the Riad is an exhalation of all your previous troubles in one breath! You are met by Maha, a very courteous and warm hostess, serving mint tea and the best homemade biscuits.
The Riad is wonderful, thoughtfully decorated, some lovely pieces of artwork and the rooms are cool, welcoming and clean. The clean and inviting swimming pool is a must try, especially when its a scorching day! Great food served here, the fish tagine is superb!
Had stayed here 7 nights interspaced with a 3 day trip to the desert also through trip advisor… all in all a brilliant stay and trip.

Our holiday in Marrakech was one of my favourites I have ever had and staying at Riad Caesar massively contributed to this. On our first night it immediately felt like we were right home having been greeted by Maha’s kind welcome and delicious Moroccan mint tea. The rooms were extremely comfortable with good aircon and spacious beds and are decorated with a beautiful Moroccan touch (brightly coloured lanterns and stained glass windows). The riad itself is stunning with 3 floors and a swimming pool in the centre and a beautiful rooftop garden where we had dinner one of the nights. The dinner we ordered included a tasty aubergine salad with spices that made it very flavoursome, a gorgeous tagine and sweet caramelised pear for desert. There were many options on the menu and they catered for vegetarians too! The breakfast every morning was amazing — lots of homemade bread and pastries, jams and honey, omelettes, freshly squeezed orange juice, mint tea, and coffee — always filled us up ready for our busy days ahead. I would thoroughly recommend this riad if you want to feel right at home in Morocco! :)

We stayed at Riad Caesar for a much-needed break, and it was the first time in Morocco for both of us. We could not have chosen a better place to stay. From arrival when Maha welcomed us with mint tea and cakes, to departure when the night concierge Yassine took us to the taxi when the service didn’t arrive at 6am, we were looked after by the best hosts.
The Riad is beautiful – an oasis of calm in the chaotic, noisy, hubbub of the Medina. From the pool in the courtyard to the sun deck on the roof with the view of the Atlas mountains it oozed traditional Moroccan charm. There is a local hammam (spa) in the next street which Maha arranged for us and which I highly recommend. Indeed there were many good excursions. We went for a hot air balloon ride (glorious) and to the Ouzoud waterfall – a full day trip but worth it to see the desert/mountains and the second-highest waterfall in Africa.
The breakfasts were delicious: freshly squeezed orange juice, omelette, fruits, pastries, pancakes and cinnamon pain perdu (you really must try it).  And the best coffee (Italian) which if you are anything like me is a deal breaker. A note to fellow travellers – make sure you eat dinner in the riad at least once. The traditional Moroccan tagine and the chicken couscous was actually the best we ate anywhere during our stay (better than any of the restaurants). Zoubida is the most amazing cook!

A corner of peace in the heart of bustling Marrakech, near the Jemaa el Fna square. We were greeted with a great mint tea and all the service was impeccable: from the tips to discover the most characteristic places of the city to the organization of the excursions. If I return to Marrakech I can only go by Caesar.
