It's a very nice and clean hotel, staff friendly and courteous, rooms are clean and spacious, the down side is I couldn't find a English channel so I was bored to death at night and the bed is hard it hurts my back. But apart from that you would really enjoy staying there.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, but the food was cold. They should offer breakfast made to order, instead of putting food on the bar and it not staying hot.

Great hotel. Very relaxing at the pool. The rooms were clean and the staff was so helpful. It was just far from everything. But for the price I didn't mind it so much.

Rent a whole apartment for a rate lower than most local hotels. Great pool and amenities. Adjacent to excellent food at bull fighting arena.

Excellent condo-tinted hotel. The hotel is in a tower called Vancouver which is part of almost a tenth of similar buildings. It has small rooms and suites of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms depending on the size of the family. Breakfast buffet included Although not the best breakfast. First class facilities, friendly staff and complete rooms that look like a fully furnished apartment. Conveniently on one side and with direct entrance to the Mall of the Americas. Attractive rates for everything you offer.

A very cozy and quiet place, no kids running around the apartments. It has pool and Gym service.

Beautiful Suites, Beautiful pool and friendly staff. Suites Malecon Cancun is beyond my expectations for the price. We stayed there two nights and I wish I would’ve stayed there for our entire vacation. With the (Plaza) or Shopping Mall literally right there, taxis are everywhere. Just jump on one to go to where ever you need to go. There is a Starbucks in this mall and that was awesome. If you are looking for a really comfortable stay and a good deal for your money stay here you will not be disappointed.

Suite Malecon Cancun Torre Vancouver Hotel with the necessary and a nice pool, little complicated the entrance to the parking lot also the daily cleaning in the room a little poor otherwise this located in the hotel zone is also above a shopping center Where you can find everything.

The suites are very spacious and the view from the balcony is spectacular.

The suites are really nice & comfortable, you can Cook in the kitchen with All the electrodomestics, you can wash your clothes And is in the centrar of Cancún. The hotel is in a mall with great stores & food.

It is an excellent hotel on the Malecon of Cancun, under the hotel you will find Plaza Las Americas. The suites are very well equipped. My trip was in December with friends and we had a great, the attention was very good we only had a small mishap in a room with the air conditioner that didn't go off and it was exaggerated cold we asked to check it out but they never attended. Outside of that little problem the service is excellent on the part of the people who work in the place.

We met some guys at the beach and they showed us their AirBnb apartment. It was cool.

Clean, luxurious homely condos with an a decent view of the sea upfront. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and pool area is best among all the towers. Rooms are big and they even have washing machines so all the sandy clothes from the beach can be taken care of right away. Kitchen is also workable and full of anything one would need. Balcony gives a great view. Good service.

The friendliness of the staff is good, the security always cuts, a wonderful place to relax, it is better to go in couple as it has a spectacular view to the lagoon, which can lead to an unforgettable romantic evening, if you acquire the package with buffet is Better since the food is very good, no doubt a place I would return to.

The front desk has a lack of customer service philosophy, they don't care. Room with the view to the sea was good, no big deal.

Not the easiest of places to find and the apartment stunk of gas the whole time. The receptionist Carol Torres was not helpful at all, and neither was the manger Pedro who made no attempt to speak to us directly when complaining. If it’s good service that you’re after, don’t bother with here!

Unfortunately the weather is not great so far during our stay but the hotel is footsteps from a massive mall. Beautiful view. Beautiful room. Bed is so hard we sleep on the sofa. Washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishes, pots n pans, etc provided. Staff friendly. Nice equipment in workout center.

Definitely suggest this place if you're looking for most valuable return on your investment or budget friendly vacation. It is footsteps distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The beach is only a 20 min cab ride. They are also close to bus routes if you prefer. We watched NYE fireworks from our balcony. We will definitely visit again!

Don't ever leave any of your belongings at this hotel because, you'll never get it back per the front desk. I called to inquire about there policy on belongings of there guest left in the room and the front desk attendant told me that anything found in the rooms are kept by the room attendants. They don t even try to return any items to there rightful owners, sad…

Will definitely be coming back. The price was reasonable, the food decent and staff is extremely professional. Mall, casino and all sorts of shops connected to hotel. When I re-book cancun, I will not hesitate in coming back!

The room was nice and comfortable. The location is a little confusing as you have to enter from a parking deck. Staff were nice and helpful.

Excellent service if you return to Cancun without a doubt it would be the option for hosting, my attentive all, rooms very clean, and the plaza las americas still side can not ask for more.

Awful place, rigid rules, several employees with bad attitude. Example: we were 4 people on vacation and had a two bedroom suite. Since three of us wanted to do different things we tried to get 3 sets of access keys (plastic cards). That was refused. Note: it is practically impossible to even enter the building section without key. You have to sneak in with someone or call security which is not always available. Don’t get trapped! Even though it is a fairly new building certain things, such as the roll up blinds, did not work. Cleanliness was substandard. Dirty pool. Finally, there was LOUD music until 3:00 am, making it Impossible for some of us to fall asleep. Hans Lange.

What a hidden jem! We've been travelling to Cancun for over a decade, this was a great switch from the typical all inclusive. We will recommend and will definitely be back! The condo being attached to the mall was a great surprise.

The staff works very hard to make everyone feel welcome. I look forward to coming back to this place. It is located next to a huge shopping mall, that is unlike any in America. There is even a grocery store that carries beautiful produce, fresh fruits, vegetables, baked breads, meat and cheese (plus everything else you would need for apartment living). The swimming pools and patio are relaxing and there is no charge for the Wi-Fi. If you want to visit Cancun, without having to stay in the Hotel Zone, this is the place. Suites Malecon Cancun is 30 minutes, via walk, from Mercado 28; you have to go there! Have fun.

We stayed at Vancouver Towers, offering diverse suit choices. Far from hotel Zones, but walk distance to attractions. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly. Cheapoair offers very cheap stays. The entrance is difficult to find, but the staff can help, the girl at the main desk is bilingual.
