I can’t drink my own beer in the pool — public area! First time that place told me to drink my beer in my own room if I don’t buy from their restaurant.

Selina is always quality stay and quality services. Rodrigo from reservation department was really efficient and helpful. Won't esistite to choose again Selina in every city where there's one! Top!

Terrible service and also someone from the workers got into our room and took all my cash. I've been waiting for more than an hour for an answer and they just get silly. Apparently this is nothing new to you!

Unpleasant experience in this hotel, the receptionists are super slow, to deliver a room, it took half an hour! I took 1 hour to pass after my check in, and they wanted to delay even more the delivery of the room, I also ordered to eat by application and the pinches mamones did not let us consume at their tables, besides that for smoking in the gardens they wanted to charge us fine, terrible experience.

They did not return my money from the key they said they had already given it to me, I did not receive help from anyone or the administrator.

The truth, a very bad experience in reception the boy of the check in of july 22, 2021, terrible attention never gave me my key, I was waiting a long time, he never told me the activities what there is, and I saw that other people if he told them that they could do. In my person I am the one who paid and I am a customer that must serve well. I can't recommend a place where Mexicans are discriminated against. Eye travelers I see that aka is not for Mexicans.

Excellent place I only stayed one day and it was great in my stay without a doubt I will return again I loved it.

The place is very nice, super friendly bartenders, very rich food and cocktails were very good.
The rooms are spacious and clean.

Very good location, close to everything, nightlife and chedraui if you want to save on meals.

I had seen in some pages that the attention was terrible, however, we were incredibly attended by all the staff members, from the receptionists, to the guestmakers, excellent service.
The hotel is very nice and has amazing decorations in addition to the atmosphere.

A delightfully spacious pool with swim up service, beautifully maintained grounds, clean, safe, located close to everything!

Absolutely loved our stay at Selina!
Staff are super friendly and alway there to help, especially Diego our great bar tender who went above and beyond for us giving us tips and places to check out while in Cancun.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very chill and relaxing with plenty of places to hang out, great food and drinks as well.
10/10, would definitely recommend.
