➜ Incredibly beautiful, treatment, facilities and above all make you feel at home.
➜ The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly but 2 super lousy things happened to me that make me rate them in this way, first when we arrived the water had no pressure and there was no hot water, so there is not so much problem but it is something to consider, second and greater reason for my rating, I rented a car to move around the area but it turns out that in its "parking" they scratched the car (of which I had that pay 4 thousand pesos of the repair) I told them the fact and it turns out that they do not have cameras in the space (the employee told me a nonsense of privacy or something like that) and because if friends the hotel did not take responsibility or give me solutions to the problem, why the parking is public, then it is the same as leaving it on the street, then think about the time before staying there if you are going to rent a car, I could no longer rest well thinking that they could do something again to the pinche car.
