It's a very nice place, has a modern look and it's pretty clean. I visited this place for a meeting and I think it has a very good location.

Good hotel with helpful staff. The wi fi was weak and failed under stress. The partner beach hotel was not very welcoming to urban guests. Was not offered a discount and they did not want cash in payment for a buffet. Low season at this property and fairly priced. All in all a good hotel for the price paid. The front desk staff was very helpful. Thank you.

Not a bad hotel, unfortunately the room didn't have a fridge and also the rooms closer to the elevator are poorly catching Wi-Fi.

Excellent hotel. Executive or vacationing. Although it does not have a beach, it has free transportation to the Hotel Krystal's Beach Club in the hotels zone. Plus its pool is nice and comfortable. Recommended!

Excellent place to stay with family, very rich breakfast (Incluyanlo in your package, if appropriate), clean pool and very spacious rooms. There you can save your luggage once you finish your reservation at the hotel and your plane leaves in the afternoon.

I spent the first half of my week in downtown Cancun. This hotel is very nice and off the beaten path. Spacious upscale room and the view is amazing at night. Located about 800 meters from the bus line.

Es un lugar limpio, agradable y amplio. Sólo cuenta con bufet de desayuno. Tiene buena ubicación respecto a plazas comerciales, se encuentra cerca de plaza las americas y fácil transporte pero no está muy cerca de la playa.

El salón de eventos en magnífico, tiene una vista genial desde el piso 11, el servicio también es muy bueno la comida que sirven siempre es de buena calidad, los elevadores son pocos y se comparten con los huéspedes del hotel, así que hay que tener paciencia o entrenar la subida por escalera, de cualquier manera la vista panorámica del manglar valdrá la pena. El estacionamiento también es pequeño y aunque hay un nivel de sótano para estacionamiento sería muy útil llegar temprano para poder estacionarte Además del salón de eventos el hotel tiene alberca y restaurantes.

Very nice combination with the Krystal beach safe area and near a mall, restaurants and bars! I removed 3 * for the noise (no isolation and you can hear everything from your neighbours) and for the deco of the rooms! no mini bars.

There is an Oxxo, bars, shopping center, banks and apart from public buses pass within a 5 minute walk and you are leave you in the hotel zone. The hotel provides transport to its sister hotel Krystal Cancun is located in the hotel zone and beach and your private pool with the accounts to be able to enter apart from being able to use their facilities freely. It also features the return is from 5 pm but by then passed on to the public routes that pass super close to the hotel krystal urban, and these public routes spend 24 hours a day. The hotel is super helpful and has excellent facilities.

Nice staff but horrible Wi-Fi and food from the hotel restaurant. Arrived on a late flight and decided to order food from the hotel which was gross. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Adjoining doors that were locked BUT so high off the floor and not fitting the door frame, that you see and hear everything from next door. My fiance and I checked in to find 2 kinds of towels in every size except face towels. Visit here was mediocre.

Good prices, lack a bit of maintenance, there is Starbucks coffee in the lobby and sushi all day, ask for rooms that do not give next to the construction site, to see Cancun.

I liked this hotel, it is well located and the rooms are very good. The breakfast buffet was a bit poor. The beds are very comfortable, good size TV and the rooms have fans in case you like to open your windows and let the air out to rest the air conditioner. I think the only flaw I found would be the electrical contacts that are hidden.

My worst hotel experience ever. Long story but may help you avoid this. Overall, Super terrible front desk service and hotel management. The room I booked was room "with partial sea views" and price is higher than city view one on same web. When I checked in my room and found they gave me a backside city view. In fact, the room was faced to a trashed back yard. I went back to front desk for exchanging right after I found this and before touching anything inside room. At first, the two guys at front desk insisted there was no different room types on website where I booked hotel. After I showed them the web order information, they lied to me that all the "partial sea views" rooms filled, no one left. However, when I called the customer service of the hotel booking web beside of the front desk, they gave new arrived guest a sea view room, right in front of my face! I pointed that and they tried to explain that the room they just gave was not room "with partial sea view". After I proved that the room was exactly a room "with partial sea view", they excused that they can only change my room next morning since I had checked in. My family were already so tired and hungry and they wanted settle down and out for dinner, so I took their excuse and agreed to stay at room one night. The front desk guy told me that I must come to front desk next morning between 9:30AM to 11AM to get a new room (keep this in mind and you will see).

The best hotel in Cancun, a hipster style, modern, excellent service, hot water, very thick towels, very comfortable bed, spacious room, very clean and well equipped and with balcony. And you can go to Krystal Hotel Fe Beach Club The hotel zone for free, they take you and pick you up for free also just for being a guest of Krystal Urban. Super recommended. Affordable price! It has a great location. Places to eat nearby, Plaza Américas at once and the hotel Zone Avenue back.

El hotel la instalaciones estan bien, pero los alimentos realmente fueron de muy mala calidad. Dieron de comer unos chilaquiles que no tenían pollo la salsa aguada y sin sabor y la crema solo era una pintada. Adicionalmente la fruta antes estaban duro el melon. Lo que si estaba bueno eran los vaso de agua sabían bien.

Instalaciones bien cuidadas, buen servicio por parte del staff.

The hotel is very good, the pieces are clean and spacious, the staff very attentive and you can visit the other Krystal that remains in the hotel zone with its Beach club, the only bad thing could be that the pool is very small and is a quiet hotel is not option for groups looking Something motivated, with drinks and music because the urban Krystal does not have it. I liked the hotel because it has access to the beach club that is in the hotel zone, the bed and the pillows are very comfortable, the room is quite spacious very confortable, no doubt the bathroom very spacious. Unfortunately the buffet breakfast does not have soul flavors very insipidos and it is not even until the half day only until 11 a. M.

The location is right beside the "Las Americas Plaza" which is a really big mall that has a market, a bunch of restaurants and even a cinema. The hotel is big, clean, has a nice pool and the service at the restaurant is great, the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety and tastes good… as for the room, they are clean, the pillows are comfy and the AC works well; however I found it weird that they don't provide a sewing kit as this is a hotel known for business traveling, not as much as a beach resort. It is also pretty close (15 min walk) from the bus station where you can take buses to go to Chichen Itza, Tulum and more… and about 10 minutes away from the main street that goes to the most popular public beaches and where most of the biggest hotels and bars are. I would come to this hotel if I was planning to go to the tours this city offers rather than staying at the beach. However, this hotel has a beach version and they can take you from here directly to their beach club if you pay a little bit extra.

I did not actually stay here. I only visited the property while in the area. I like the decor. I would consider staying here in the future.

It is in a commercial residential area of Cancun with a shopping centre and a set of nearby bars.
Good service and you have included the entrance to the beach Club of the Krystal. They take you and bring you free of charge and it is as if you were a guest of both hotels with a 16% discount on all your consumptions at the Beach Hotel.
The air package I got a 50% cheaper and enjoy both hotels.

Good area close to resturants the room has no refrigerator and they didn't give me a beach view as I paid for.

Very modern facilities. I did not have the phone and the toilet paper of very poor quality. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. The check-a very slow and they charge you $30 daily for the use of the parking lot.

I love that I was greeted with a Dona de Krispy Kream at the reception, in addition to its cafeteria, although small, it has the service to prepare the drinks of Starbucks. Spacious and clean rooms, not close to the beach but the view to Tajamar is very nice and there is a big square very close to there.

Hotel located in the urban area of Cancun. Outstanding hotel. City centre. Walk out door next to a Shopping mall and outside currency exchange place. The shopping mall has some great prices. And the food court is awesome as well for some authentic local dishes.

Room was very spacious and clean, I really liked the shower. Be sure to ask for a room in the front of the hotel. Lots of construction near the hotel, but the only thing I didn't like was there was only one channel I could watch on TV and it showed the same shows I saw the day before. The front desk staff was friendly. Also this hotel is a convention center, so if you don't like crowded lobbies this might not be the hotel for you. All in all I give it 3.5 stars.

Good position in the city centre close to a big mall " Las Americas" and close to various currency change box or cash machine. A bit too far from the beach. Local bus service stops in the vicinity aa well many restaurants and pub's in the vicinity, good night life. The hotel is sweetable for meeting with dedicated rooms. 12 floors of average rooms. Too noisy at Lower floors on the street side, room by room the privacy is impossible. Breakfast at a medium low level of quality and choice.

This place is nothing special, it's not dirty but it's not the cleanest place ever. The breakfast is okay, even if the room where it's served has not the slightest charm. Overall you can stay there for a day if you are not able to find a room somewhere else but I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.
