Cheap hotels in Oaxaca

I'm back at Casa Colibri for a second visit. It's a very good place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist areas.

I had a wonderful stay at Niyana Oaxaca. It’s a beautiful, calm, and very clean place. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The atmosphere feels peaceful from the moment you arrive.

Really enjoyed our stay here.

What an amazing place! Rooms were large and super clean, the personnel was very nice and attentive. Very close to the beach and the main Street.

We stayed a week here while exploring Oaxaca. Ricardo and his wife are very hospitable. The house is easy walking distance to Centro and has hills if you don’t mind.

We spent 3 nights in Ozeli with my wife and everything was great! The room is big, the bed is huge and very comfortable. They also have very well equipped shared kitchen.

Great place to relax. The hostess is super friendly.

Suil was amazing at helping us secure a room. This place is 100m from the beach at the bottom of the Main Street.

The best place we’ve been in all mexico!

Lupe and Esteban are the best hosts! The rooms match the price, simple and very clean and welcoming. They share their space very well and are available for anything a guest may need.

Excellent espresso, drinks and snacks.
The owners are super friendly and there’s a great atmosphere.
It’s definitely a great place to hang out or to stop by!

Great clean hotel! big rooms aswel!
We ate pizza at the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious aswel! Parking included, cars and motorcycles fit, there is a height limit so a camper wont fit.

Excellent experience, the owner was extremely friendly and the place was quite nice. Comfortable and clean rooms, hot water and even the necessary supplies to prepare coffee if desired.

Just Perfect!

Seaside Serenity in Puerto Escondido, this hotel-style guest house offers a tranquil retreat where the rhythm of the waves lulls you into a state of blissful relaxation.

We had the best time at Coccoloba. It's a short walking distance from the busier area with great food and music but it a quiet and calm place to sleep.

Staying at Coccoloba was such an amazing part of our travels in Mexico. We would 100% recommend staying at this beautiful and tranquil guesthouse.

I had the pleasure of staying at Regina’s place for 2 months while working remotely and visiting Puerto Escondido.
Location: Is it up a hill so it is ways up if you have mobility issues.

Second time staying here and will come back if im in the area again. Regina (host) is so friendly and helpful, rooms super clean, place very safe.

Super friendly, super good vibes, and nice and quite for someone who works as much as me. They also have the smartest dog in the world, its like a little human, and so cute. Totally recommended!

We had a great time there. Really a great hotel with super rooms, all clean, delicious breakfast and nice staff. The pool and the hotel cat were also great hehe. We'll be back. Muchísimas gracias ☺️☀️

Great place to stay. The owner is a great guy. They serve nice food, you can watch some sports on TV as well. Their food and alcohol is very reasonable. I’d look forward to staying with them again.

This Hostel is a hidden gem! The rooms are clean, common areas are always tidy. There is free drinking water as well as good Wifi. The price is low for what you get!

I really had a great stay at Che in PE. The vibe was amazing right from the beginning. The Crew — DJ, John, Ellie, Vic and Diego — made me feel welcome from day one.

My favorite hostel! The vibe is really nice, it has a really good and clean kitchen, rooms are good and there are always activities organized by the staff which is always fun.

You are made to feel at home. Magnolia and her family are so lovely and welcoming. We extended our stay and they were very accommodating.

I’ve stayed in so many places travelling round. This not only was the perfect location, clean rooms and warm shower — it had the most fantastic welcome booklet.

The hostal is off the beach about a 10 min walk, near the top of a ridge. The views are great, the patios have a sea breeze and there is lots of shade available.

Really enjoyed my stay in one of the cabins, a very tranquil place when you’re up in the mountains. The hammocks were a plus, and the kitchen, cabin, and everything else was great!

Great accommodations directly on the beach, they are making improvements all the time. Owner Alex and staff are super friendly and accommodating.

This week has been the best week ever due to the amazing location and not least the whole staff, no body mentioned and nobody forgotten.

I stayed at this hostel and worked from the beach club everyday for four days + three nights. The Wi-Fi works great from down in the club but up in my room, it wasn’t great.

I spent a month at Che Zipolite, and it was an amazing experience. As a digital nomad, I couldn't have found a better spot in Zipolite.

Staying here felt like staying with family. The hosts were friendly welcoming and included their guests in holiday festivities.

Extended our stay 2 nights, great location if you like staying in a more local and authentic area. It’s safe, we walked around every night.
