Good vibes. The staff and guests were great. We spent good time at rooftop.
I love the location so much, very good neighborhood and close to everything yet away from hustles.

The hostel is ok for the price you pay. Receptionists were nice, but not too helpful with information regarding self organised tours as they wanted me to rather book with them.

Even so, the place is good if it is close to the square and very central to everything one goes to Mazamitla😁👍

Excellent place to disconnect and enjoy a good rest… Sun, there is a point where the sale of the rat bathroom is broken so you will be a little cold when bathing.

The rooms are good. The daily service is also really good. At nite the lock the entrance but you can come and go anytime do to front staff.

We stayed at Hotel HS Hottson in Chapala, Jalisco 1 week ago. To say it was a wonderful stay would be an understatement! Very clean room and common areas. Beautiful pool and absolutely amazing staff.

My friends and I stayed at HS HOTSSON SMART Chapala the first week of April 2023. The front desk staff, the manager and Spa staff are friendly and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a busy day.

We had such a fantastic, relaxing time. The staff is so warm amd friendly. It was my 1st time in Puerto vallarta and the resort and town are beautiful and peaceful.

Been eying this resort for years and decided to celebrate my birthday there. I was blown away by the beauty and the concept. This is not a typical all inclusive beach hotel experience.

One word — simply amazing!

What an amazing trip. We were met by Alex on our arrival. Such a friendly introduction. We were celebrating our anniversary which Alex was nice enough to gift us a bottle of wine.

Our accommodations were simply stunning. Of course, we saw pictures of the rooms prior to making our booking but when we got there, it was even better than expected.

We travelled with our extended family (6 adults and 6 kids) during the first week of April, and this resort was absolutely perfect for our group.

Great resort! We went with family, had kids aged 10-16 and all of them enjoyed playing in the ocean.

It is the second time that I stayed, what I like is that it is in a good location, it is very quiet, with good facilities, cleanliness, excellent service from the staff.

We had an excellent double cleaning.
With two screens.
The next day in a simple.
But the shower area was very poorly cleaned.

The rooms are old and need some renovation.

Is the second time that enjoyed this beautiful place.

The staff were all very friendly and professional.
The room was large, and clean.

Really nice, clean, well set up hostel. Extremely quiet when I was there but they have really nice common areas. Kitchen is small but well equipped.

The host's attitude is very good. The garden on the roof is spacious and comfortable. It's good to bask in the sun during the day and sit and blow the wind at night.

The or cheap and good, in you can make your own breakfast there 😉

Came here after a bad experience at a previous hotel, the receptionist was super welcoming and helpful and let us reserve the room on the spot without making prior reservations.

It was great, excellent and warm service.   The hotel manager really made us feel at home and helped us with everything we needed.

Excellent location in the middle of the forest a few minutes from the center of Mazamitla, highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay, the facilities are in good shape. Pools are nice and the view of the Chapala Lake is beautiful.

Checkin was fine. The property layout and location is exceptional. The room was very large although the furniture slightly dated. The bed was amazing and very comfortable.

Location is perfect. Very quiet and very accessible and has a gorgeous view of the ocean.
Atmosphere is calm and serene.
Rooms are very clean and tidy.

I love PV and plan to move there soon. I've been visiting for 28 years, with approximately 20 trips in total.
