We had an amazing time last week, very nice hotel, quiet, it looks like you get home.

Comfort, its excellent location and privacy.

The staff are kind, warm, attentive. Many speak English too! There are 100 fully armed guards holding assault rifles parked out front so safety is of no concern.

Rated this 5/5 so it doesn't disappear, but wouldn't even give it a 0/5. Please pay attention to the negative reviews before staying here. Wouldn't recommend anybody stays here.

Nice and clean hotel with a restaurant. The room has a TV, AC, laundry, internet and room service. The beds are very comfortable, the restaurant has good prices. The room is small for two beds.

Yes bed comfortable, staff nice. I had do not disturb on the door for days and they called to see if I wanted my room cleaned.
Wifi and located right by a highway. Was a bit noisy but not too much.

The check-in process was easy and the lady at the desk was friendly and processed my paperwork quickly.
The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel gives you two complimentary bottles of water.

Excellent location, services, and most definitely family friendly at a reasonable cost.
Includes many amenities such as continental breakfast, laundry service, gym, among others.

I had the most wonderful stay at Matices Hotel in Tequila, Mexico. From the moment I arrived, everything about the experience was amazing.

Beautiful place. Very polite and nice staff, always willing to answer your questions. The breakfast was also simple but tasty. My only negative experience was the church bells waking me up at 6am.

Excellent place to stay in a magic little Town.
All details are taken care, bed, pillows, towels all new and smell clean.

Entry to the facility was for paid parking which cost us an extra 90pesos ($5) to be dropped off at the hotel entrance.

Great location near the airport for late might arrivals. Plenty of parking with a officer patrolling the parking lot.
Not all of the rooms have big windows to open for fresh air.

I stayed three nights at hotel dali. Location was excellent. Walking distance to sights, restaurants, public transportation and stores of all varieties. Customer service was outstanding.

The room was beautiful. The water pressure was okay. We only used the hot water as it didn't get too hot but it worked out. The only thing I would say is that the pools have cold water.

Great view service was top notch front desk was so helpful guiding us on places to go and ordering our transportation whenever we needed however the only downside I would see for maybe older people

The place is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Worth the price. 5 starts if hot water wasn't intermittent. Parking nearby, coffee next door, plaza, food. Views!

Amazing views from the suite. The only issue we came across upon check in is a cash only hold instead of a credit card.

Ten Day stay. The room available at check-in was not the one reserved and paid for because when we arrived it was not available for the first 4 nights of the stay.

We were at the resort for a week, over Christmas and were pleased with the way the resort celebrated the holiday particularly the Christmas Eve dinner, the turkey was amazing! Well done, chefs.

Stayed here recently, the room was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The location was really convenient as a hub for getting around the neighborhood.
Check-in and out were a breeze.

For my wife and me, La Paloma was the perfect place for beauty, relaxation, friendly people and excellent staff.

Wish I were a better writer, as la Paloma is perhaps the ideal place to relax, restore, and enjoy all that Melaque has to offer. The rooms are unique — in a VERY good way.
