Positive: Location for us was great. Our room was quiet. Staff was friendly. Floors were nice shiny tile. King room was spacious.

Positive: Convenience to the venue we were attending for the weekend at the Hotel Aranzazu.

When I travel, I like to arrive at a warm hotel that makes me feel at home. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to a conference and its price.

The hotel was nice, the elevator was not working when we arrived so my husband had to carry the luggage by the stairs and it was heavy.

First time here and I say it’s a good hotel for the price. Got an excellent view from the balcony. They do have a restaurant and food is pretty good. Great value for the hotel.

This hotel has large comfortable rooms and on site parking. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

The room was comfortable and quiet. Everyone was lovely and extremely patient as I'm learning Spanish and subject everyone to my (improving! ) Spanglish babble.

I spent the day with here with my sisters and we had the most beautiful experience. We got a day pass which included a massage, facial, breakfast and access to the pool/amenities all day.

We arrived at the resort and asked to view the different rooms in order to decide which room was up to what we desire. The lobby personal was very welcoming and flexible.

Resort was beautiful with lots of activities! Great entertainment team including Marcus and his colleagues! Aquafitness, bingo and bartending classes were so much fun!

The hotel is away from the old (and charming) center of Puerto Vallarta, and a few minutes from the airport. It is modern, well designed with nice size rooms.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Puerto Vallarta was a very good experience.
The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the room was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience at our daughter and son-in-laws wedding at Playa Fiesta. The property is gorgeous, rooms exquisite. Lindsay and Gabi were wonderful hosts, attentive, caring and gracious.

Our family spent a week at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta, and it was one of the best all-inclusive vacations we’ve ever had.

I was hesitant to book at the Ziva given some of the reviews about the food and the property being old, but my stay here was fantastic.

Great time with my new wife! First half of our honeymoon was spent here. Ruben was a pleasure, Francisco was the best waiter, and the entire staff was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Plaza. We were given one of the newer rooms on the 14th floor, it was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the sound of the crashing waves was heavenly.

The room was ok for what we paid, the location is good but the traffic is horrible! I’m taking about the whole city you make 30 minutes to drive 7-9 miles.

Great place to stay overnight if your visiting from out of town … Very close to Costco and Plaza Galerias.

My stay at this Holiday Inn Express was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The first thing that stood out was the immaculate cleanliness throughout the entire hotel, especially in my room.

​My recent stay at Sierra Lago in Mascota, Jalisco, was a mix of breathtaking beauty and frustrating operational issues.
​The Positives:
The property itself is undeniable quality.

The hotel is a great option for staying in beautiful Guadalajara. Our only complaint is about the antiquated and not practical key system.

Well, I didn't love some of the black decor, I found the room to be very comfortable. The pillows were decent and the towels were big and fluffy.

My daughter and I had a wonderful 4-day stay in February. The property is beautiful, very clean, and the staff is consistently polite and professional.

When I arrived I was told the AC was not working therefore slept in a warm room the first night and it was not comfortable at all.

Very clean facilities, clean rooms, comfortable bed, climate, hot water, internet, kitchen and dining room. Affordable price.

The staff is very friendly and the location is very good. There is public transportation almost leaving the accommodation. Everything is very good.

Beautiful garden. Excellent service. Small but comfortable rooms. Splurge for the penthouse if you can! Good breakfast included. Kind staff. Hot tub was clean. Rooms spotless.

If you want 5 star resort this is not the place for you.
