Fabulous! My partner and I stayed here on our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and we are excited to return.

Best hotel of our entire trip. Rooms were beautiful, staff was helpful. The rooftop bar and pool were incredible. Our bartender Memo made our stay even better than an already perfect experience.

Staff was very friendly and went a step ahead offering a great service and even a charger I really needed. Good job.

This hotel is a great option for the price. The location is central, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the rooftop pool & tables are a rejuvenating oasis.

I really enjoyed my time at the HOTEL PUEBLITO VALLARTA, the staff were very kind, the manager Jose was really helpful.

My friend and I stayed here on our bike tour. We like being off the touristic Malecón and near river trails and forest. Great staff, very clean. And good breakfast included!

Hey this hostel was great. The service at the reception was efficient and clear. Breakfast was awesome and I had a beautiful sleep. I love that you get a free drink on the house when you arrive.

Friendly service, beautiful and clean pool, great breakfast. The gardens are beautiful with so many birds! It’s a quieter resort with a bit of an older crowd.

Staff are so amazing and Customer service is great. Breakfast is good. So many omelette options.
Dinner and drinks 5 minutes away at food park … great food and great prices.

It's was a great experience. I love the room setup. The loft style rooms are great for my wife, son, and myself. The staff is wonderful. It's located right off the Malecon.

Overall I was satisfied with the Loft Hotel.

The staff here were very nice and friendly; they allowed me an early check-in and a late check-out. The housekeeper was very kind and gave me many bottles of water every day.

The hotel is not fancy, above average but the staff was very kind and accomodating.

We stay for 10 day on business, the Concierge/bell boys were incredible and righ on. The front desk ladies amazing our luggage were lost and they handel it 2 DAYS afer we arrive.

A lovely garden and dining area. Rooms quite large and beds comfortable, even a bathrobe. Good water pressure, a bath and a shower! Lovely decor. Wifi.

We went with the family and my niece loved it as she was able to get in the pool and interact with the cows, also we forgot things and the front desk girl was supper helpful.

My experience was perfect. The hotel was super clean throughout. The breakfast was very good. We saw the food being continuously brought out to keep it fresh. The rooms were modern. The area is safe.

Hardly 'lujo casual, ' but ok. Could use more closet/drawer space, and more flexible A/C (If you want it warmer then 24, don't turn it on! ) They wouldn't provide extra pillows.

Great location with a large open terrace with seating, tables and a place to wash clothes. There are common areas with lots of seating and nice comfy couches in the living room.

Just lovely. Especially if you plan on staying for a bit longer. Fantastic terraces for meeting people. Friendly hosts and volunteers. Great neighborhood for your dining / coworking needs.

This is a great hostel in a safe location near all the action. Breakfast included, although basic. Yoghurt, toast. Granola, coffee and tea. Good vibe place.

I stayed here for one night while visiting the museums in beautiful Guadalajara. The new gentleman who had just started (can't remember his name) was awesome.

My second time here, and will continue to call this home in Guadalajara, Jalisco México while I am here. I prefer to ne here than stay with relatives. Great staff, Alexis, Irene, and Omar!

The people that work there are super helpful and hospitable. The rooms are a good cost/benefit but the noise can be a bit much is you stay on the street side.

I read through hundreds of reviews before booking this hotel and found most of the negative ones were not true. I just stayed here for four nights and had no issues with the hotel itself.

Not the best in the world, but location is everything. The reservation process is bothersome — had to deposit to a Mexican bank since I reserved on Expedia, so I learned NOT to do that again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Roma in Guadalajara and had a generally positive experience.
