Excelent location, kind attention, very clean and comfortable rooms, super affordable hotel.

Excellent high-end experience. Great value for money. Very clean and modern rooms. We wanted a kitchen in our room to cook for our child, and the kitchen in the studio room we were in was perfect.

I am giving this place 5 stars. We stayed at the villa with 5 other people and had plenty of room for all of us. The shower was hot and water pressure was fantastic.

If you get the chance to stay here and meet Christian and Jessica they are both such nice people.

I absolutely loved it there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful view from my balcony, the room was great and also very clean. I would also recommend it to anyone on a budget.

We much prefer the more intimate feel of a bed and breakfast over the huge hotels and crowds of people.

The location was amazing, just steps from the beach.
Staff swept and mopped everyday.
Every amenity I needed was well within walking distance.

Wow wow wow! If you want an authentic and charming getaway this is it. We loved every aspect of our stay here. I'm writing this from our balcony right now with the most amazing view.

This room was amazing! We had a suite on the top floor with a beautiful view overlooking the river; we had a hamock on the balcony.

Great stay here, beds are massive and comfy. All the staff were so helpful and made us feel extremely welcome for our first time in Mexico.

I’m typically not a hostel person, but I thought I would give this one a try since it was men only. The facility is clean.

I wasn't sure I wanted to go back to my hostel times but I was pleasantly surprised.

The location is excellent! We had a lower level spacious suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will return. The staff was very friendly and made us feel so good staying there.

Really happy with my stay here. The rooms are a bit outdated but I knew that going into it. Room renovations would make the property twice as nice.

The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is good. They were helpful when we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. Not bad.

The hotel has a nice location and it's walking distance to multiple restaurants of varying price ranges. There's also a movie theater a short walk away. The hotel staff was courteous and friendly.

We have gone to Punta Serena about 13 or 14 times. The view is breathtaking. The service is always good. The staff try their hardest to make your stay perfect. We stay Sunday to Sunday.

The most romantic beach ever. Filled with happy lovers from all around and now they have added a new restaurant menu to go with a really good chef.

The hotel has a great location and really nice staff. The rooms aren't soundproof so it does get quite loud.

Rosa Isela was so sweet and made sure we were taken care of. She was very friendly and kind and made our experience better. She made the hotel restaurant feel like a gourmet experience.
