This hotel was absolutely beautiful! It is high up on a hill overlooking the entire town of Tapalpa. The Mexican decor is gorgeous, and the room was perfect!

The hotel Is quite nice, and the staff Is very friendly and helpful going out of their way to meet our needs, however the day we were there there was no hot water.

The rooms are good. The daily service is also really good. At nite the lock the entrance but you can come and go anytime do to front staff.

We had such a fantastic, relaxing time. The staff is so warm amd friendly. It was my 1st time in Puerto vallarta and the resort and town are beautiful and peaceful.

We were here during the gang violence in February and the staff was calm, friendly and professional.

This place to stay is a great option for anyone that wants to be close to the beach 🏖️ and have a downtown experience.

The hotel had a really colorful vibe, with lots of plants and art around the property, which made it feel warm and lively.

Perfect location.
Clean room, comfortable bed and aircon and TV are working properly…they have a rooftop pool, small pool, but they have a good size lounging area, really nice for sunbathing.

For a budget hotel there's not much to complain about unless you want to be really picky. It's an older place that could use some maintenance and upkeep. But it's clean and the AC works.

I didn't stay in the resort but we ate at the restaurant nearly 3x a day for our entire trip which was 5 days. I am not a seafood person but this restaurant convinced me otherwise.

The food is delicious with amazing service, the beach there is wonderful also the restaurant has an amazing view of the ocean I would recommend coming here to eat and stay.

Great trip, lots to do and activities happening all day! Food is okay, and service is around the clock. Plenty of pools to swim in and a smaller beach coast for guests to enjoy.

The activity staff work very hard at providing a variety of experiences every day for all ages. Smith especially has special skills in engaging many guests in Zumba & dance sessions.

According to the pricing, it is a pretty decent option. It even got the free breakfast. The rooms might not be spacious or clean enough, but it is definitely one of the best in this price range.

Doing Puerto Vallarta solo, choosing a Bed and Breakfast stay, was a good choice. I made new friends from around the world, and plan to do it again.

Simple clean rooms with comfortable beds and great AC. There are no fridges in the room just psa. Amazing location, in walking distance to everything. Nice balcony off of rooms with an ocean view!

Super. Everything was okay, stuff and service very good. Clean and cozy rooms.

Great customer service. The rooms are nice and clean. They also provide transportation to the airport. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Booked the hotel as my office is close by. Wasn’t expected much but this hotel is kind of a Jem hidden. I really like to quality of food provided by the restaurant and room service.

I was very Happy that my request for a quiet room had been respected.

The rooms are old and need some renovation.
