THE VERY BEST PLACE TO STAY! I would leave one thousand stars, if I could. The rooms are gorgeous, with spectacular views, and have everything you need.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the hotel made us feel like family. Vicktor and Adan from the dining room, Constantino the hotel porter, and Juan from security were especially memorable.

Se chose to stay at the Mountain section and it does need some renovating, at least a bigger TV, but setting that aside, everything was nice and clean.

We stayed for a few days here and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is safe, quiet and budget friendly with great view and nice pool and a jacuzzi.

Excellent. We were guests of the hotel on Feb 22 when the airport shutdown and a Shelter in Place occurred due to cartel activity in the area.

What an amazing place! The room was very clean with lots of space. The rooms have a washer and dryer where they provide you free laundry detergent to wash your clothes.

We’ve been coming to Puerto Vallarta (Zona Romantica, Amapas) almost every year since 2016. We’ve stayed once at the Brisas Del Mar but have since stayed at One Beach Street Vallarta ever since.

The quality of the rooms match the price. For me, the accommodations were amazing. The staff, especially Denise, are the most accommodating and kind!

We stayed in Penthouse 111-A. The space was large and included kitchen and outside non-private patio space. The old wood furniture smelled like mildew.

Booked a room with a queen size bed. Mattress was actually in US size a double or in Mexican terms a matrimonial. It was very comfortable.

Love this hotel inside a giant mall! It’s in a very safe area. The rooms are well-appointed, spotless, and have great shower pressure.
