Clean, great location and friendly staff. The beds are very very firm. Try for a room on the south side of hotel (even numbers) much quieter.

A hotel that would stop you were at home very comfortable clean and good attention.

Terrible my experience in this hotel, forget a super important item for me and immediately call the hotel to make sure they will take it and protect it
They confirmed to me that they had it and would keep it!
I was aware of this and called on several occasions to make sure they kept it safe and when I return to the city It turns out that no one has it or even kept it and do not know where it was left
Impossible to have an answer from a manager or manager!
Worst service and zero liability
I do not recommend it to anyone as anyone is exposed to forget something waiting for the hotel to take care of things.

Terrible, there was no hot water and although they warned at 10 at night, having gone up before I stayed in another hotel, but I spoke to reception and they told me that it would only last 3 hours, it is 5:41 and the hot water still does not arrive anyone knows how to tell me anything, the bathroom doors open by itself, the light to turn it off you have to lower the entire switch and then as you charge your cell phones, or you fall asleep with the light on.

Bueno para eventos chicos. El servicio es atento, aunque a veces parece muy solo. Falta mucho el restaurante, pero está en una zona que puedes encontrar de todo.

Delightful, well appointed, friendly staff and a wonderful restaurant with surprising desserts in the heart of one of the best parts of Guadalajara (and close to the US consulate). What more could you ask for?

Very good hotel, really comfortable good location and very good service.

I stayed for five nights on the 4th floor facing north. The church bells went off throughout the day but at night the room was very quiet. +The room came with a safe, fridge, hair dryer, and ironing board. Amenities included coffee and bottled water and a mini bar with snacks (no liquor). -The layout was a little strange in that the all-glass shower was in the middle of the room so I don't recommend sharing this room with friends that you don't know well enough to be naked with. +The staff was excellent including housekeeping. The ones at the front desk spoke English. Everyone was very helpful and I felt safe. +The location is extremely convenient — in walking distance of restaurants, bars, and a market. -My only annoyance is that the coffee and bottled water was not replaced daily. I had to request at the front desk for more coffee and eventually I gave up.

The hotel is located in a very good location, half a block from the Avenue Chapultepec, which is safe and has a huge number of places to dine, dance, take, etc. The prices are according to the facilities, the rooms are small, but comfortable, have coffee maker, water, 3 safety boxes, iron, TV, air conditioning, hot and cold water, and a very particular bathroom, every time it is located in the middle of the room and It is crystal, that is to say all transparent, the truth is very romantic for couples but perhaps not advisable for friends or family, perhaps only downside could be the noise of the surroundings, because the windows are not sound proof, now well regarding the Hotel facilities in general features comfortable sooo waiting rooms, a sky bar that provides an amazing view! However it was never enabled: (and a gym, equipped with bicycle, treadmill, elliptical and dumbbells up to 30 lbs! All in all the hotel is too good!

First of all when arriving at the hotel the reception was very nice, people very nice and friendly, with a detail in room but solved immediately, the Super original restore their dishes and very delicious, the guys very friendly, my maid that if Bad I don't remember her name is Veronica, very thankful for her service in my room, overall my stay at the hotel was very satisfying.
