A total lack of security, they steal in the parking lot and do not take responsibility.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, THIEVES open the cars inside their parking lot and the Hotel does not answer for anything.

Nice clean, well located and good price.

Quiet, comfortable, spacious, clean recommended for families and worked.

My complaint is very far from the place, the truth everything was super good on the days I stayed there, the service super good, the cleaning Excellent, the food of the restaurant delicious, in itself I have no complaints with the cleanliness of the place, nor of the facilities, but what was very unpleasant was to see the hotel staff, how bad the truth their uniforms in the days we were there, I had to see one of the maids with the sleeve of her uniform torn, all ugly clothes, you can see that the uniforms are years, why at first glance it gives a very bad impression and is supposed to be a place with a good reputation, but in your staff or rather in the appearance of your TERIRBLE staff! I pay more attention to that sincerely in the uniforms of its workers.

Bonito hotel, bien ambientado, buena higiene y agradable. Excelente hotel para pasar unos días con tranquilidad en Guadalajara.

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación es confortable y tiene clima para ambientar cuando hace calor. La alberca tiene agua climatizada, tiene buena profundidad y es muy agradable. El restaurante tiene servicio todo el día, ya sea buffet, a la carta o servicio al cuarto y la atención es buena. Cerca hay buenos restaurantes y está la plaza del sol. Hay servicio de taxi y son muy atentos.

Excelente lugar. Muy cómodo, buenas instalaciones. Muy recomendable.

I like the room is comfortable, what I could point out is that it leaves the water from the shower below the glass doors, but we solve it by putting a folded towel the wit first but the place is very comfortable and nice.

The service was excellent, all the staff were very kind, the rooms are very clean, but a little small.

The pool has heating all year round, good choice in good location.

The hotel is very nice and the staff very attentive and friendly, however the bathrooms are not the best, in my room was a puddle of water in the shower by the inclination of the floor and when bathing there was a time when the water went.

I actually only went to the bar but very good service, I feel like coming back soon! Very attentive all the staff, but the stellar participation was a waitress, who treated me very well and my family throughout the noch, Ivonne I think it was called…

A nice hotel for vacation, the comfortable rooms, the warm pool, the only bad thing is that they close their restaurant before the meal time.

Clean areas, Beds equal what does not happen with the functionality of their areas as the bathroom to open inside you have to put the shower and reduced space, you can fix it by opening outward, you notice that there is little maintenance (shower not function or Properly, the air pistol in the same way).

It is a good place to rest just I have a comment there are just 2 plugs in the room.

The location is excellent, the price is good, the habitacuones are good, and there is always a lot of noise and they don't let you rest in your room.

The room is left to be desired. They ask to make reservation with card, I did and when I got to the place I asked to pay cash, they said they had not charged the card and that the money was frozen to wait 15 days, I did not return it said it was bank problem but in the bank and it was not The receptionist Diana was the one who charged me and for more I was insistent I did not make the money back. I paid double!

We had the pleasure of contacting this hotel via email, and we made a reservation for a business meeting in David. Unfortunately we could not attend and we canceled that reservation. But I want to say that the attention of all the staff we dealt with was very professional and attentive. We are very pleased. We live in Panama.

The value for money is very good I would say excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, apparently they were remodeling and I touched on a newly remodeled the truth very well. It has a swimming pool with warm water, very comfortable and the breakfast buffet although limited (4-5 dishes) of good taste. I recommend it widely.

Screen DVD dryer… I gustarian more outlets PA charge the cell phones and a minibar… parking on the outside but lattice. The restaurant can improve quite that if. But overall if it would come back;)

They should take care of the cleanliness of the restrooms at the reception. The breakfast menu should contain more variety. Staff shows little customer service.

Nice place but every time I left the key would not work for my room after house keepers came. I also went in the pool and it turned my blonde hair green which was very irritating because it has never happened to me in any other pool I've been in.

La hibucacion es muy buena, cerca de plaza del sol, restaurante de cortes argentinos, pizzeria, office depo, bancos como banamex, banorte, casinos, hubo cada en López Mateos una de las principales arterias de la ciudad de Guadalajara.

Any of the staff try to go out of their way to give you great service. The only thing that I do not like is that the only provided one roll of toilet paper and two sets of towels. Every night I always had to ask for extra's and they bring it to me of course. But it does become a hassle when I don't remember to ask for every single night even though I have five people in my room. Plus the offer to store your car every time you come back to the hotel to protect you from anything that could happen near the busy street.

Very nice hotel! Big swimming pool, breakfast Buffet for 5 dollars (119 pesos), big room with twins bed even if you ask a single bed. Very nice crew, Guillermo will always welcome you with a smile! And everybody is very helpfull even in the kitchen or the cleaning crew. I stayed 12 days and it's was a really nice experience!

Great hotel, just the little inconvenience of not being able to get to the car on my own and the little smell of smoke in some rooms.

I would have given a 5 star rating if this hotel had a laundry room for guest. Over all fam and friends that staid here we had great service and tratment.

The hotel is inexpensive, the food there is good but kind of expensive. The pool is really cool, and a big garden with many chairs to sit in the shadow. The only bad thing is that the rooms are kind of small. If you are not planning on staying too long on the room, then it's perfect.

Not what I recommend, it only good is the service of valet parking, reception and management.

The internet of the hotel has scope throughout the property and has sufficient bandwidth. The restaurant is simple but with good choices and reasonable prices. A great hotel if what you want is to rest or you're business. To be on the Av. Lopez Mateos has good communication with the rest of the metropolis.

Very well the place where the pool is excellent and very good food only q on the night of my stay because I went from ten in the evening and on the second floor had children running and could be heard very loudly in my room and not allowed to sleep and no one placed order. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo, reserve una noche desde estados unidos y deje mi tarjeta en deposito y la noche de mi boda llego y no tenia reservacion, siendo q me dieron clave d reservacion y tarifa, y solo me dicen q lo sienten mucho pero q no podian aser nada. Para q tengan cuidado porq no cumplen lo q dicen.

Actually at the hotel right now, check out in the morning, the hotel is very nice and low priced, staff do not speak much english but had no problems being understood. Get the junior suite so you have a fridge, the smaller rooms do not have them. Restaurant is a little pricey compared to town but that is to be expected. Taxis are very reasonable for the whole area and are right outside most of the time. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a very nice hotel but with a lack of seriousness ami everything that brought my truck in less than 3 minutes in the parking lot stole me and no one wanted to be responsible. The only thing they did was call a patrol came about an hour later, no discount on the room or loss good breakfast niun you sorry but that if they told me that it was very safe.
