What to say: I booked a night and stayed a week! The host Marco is super chill (and his dog too! ) and the vibe was just so laid back and the people staying so sweet, I kindof forgot to leave!

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful.

This was our second stay at Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta, and I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else for a quiet, luxury winter getaway.

Clean, older, atmospheric, not expensive. Great helpful staff in wonderful location centrally located. 2 good restaurants on-site. The vegan one on ground floor is fantastic.

My stay at Pelícanos Club Beach Resort was very pleasant. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent because it was close to the beach and important areas of Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing location and beautiful facilities. Beautiful place to stay while we explored the Lake Chapala region with good access to Ajijic and Chapala.

Stayed here as a Platinum member but was disappointed that no upgrade was offered, even though suites were available. Basic amenities like toothbrush, vanity kit, and slippers were missing.

Do yourself a favor and ignore the bad reviews. This place offers an incredible customer service experience. Rooms are beautiful, quiet and astonishing views.

Beautiful oasis in the south side of Guadalajara. You would never know it was there, it's secluded, but super safe. Gorgeous garden design.

Had a reservation, wasn’t able to stay so I can only comment on the customer service. A+++ customer service. I called the reception and someone picked up immediately. English speaker too.

Customer service was great! The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The parking garage was a plus. Looking forward to our next visit.

Very cool flipped traditional building that has been converted into a hotel. The rooms feel authentic with a modern vibe, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it's in a central location.

This hotel has the best location where it is close to all the major attractions such as the magnificent Guadalajara Cathedral. The rooms are clean and the staff there are very friendly and helpful.

The hostel is ok for the price you pay. Receptionists were nice, but not too helpful with information regarding self organised tours as they wanted me to rather book with them.

The rooms and showers could be cleaner and less noisy, but for the kind staff, the affordable price and the great location in Santa Teresita, the hostel is a pretty good deal!

Stayed here for more than a month. Overall a good hotel but there were some problems. The room cards frequently failed to work and had to be recharged or replaced.

Like this place cause there's a lot close by to go eat and shopping plaza and close to a lot.

This is a great hotel but the best of all is the price is only $890 pesos x day witch equals $55 US dollars, close to down town Guadalajara.

The host's attitude is very good. The garden on the roof is spacious and comfortable. It's good to bask in the sun during the day and sit and blow the wind at night.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! The place is super clean, safe (key card access), and in a great location.
