Went for the buffet brunch. It's top notch, very abundant and well seasoned. Perfect to go with your significant other or with the family. 10/10 will return.

Great place as well as the attention of the staff. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Green areas and pool with impeccable warm water, the food of the restaurant very rich. I'll put a 10 on this hotel.

I've got a very clean and equipped room with cover all my needs. There was a problem work my shower that they fixed right away when I reported it. Very nice experience here.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious although if your room has a window facing the street of 5 February, the outside noise may interrupt your sleep if you are light sleep. Parking is spacious and 3 level, the only detail I see is that it is away from the lobby. I didn't make use of the pool but it looked great. On Thursdays and Fridays they have live music. It has rooms for social events that look pretty good.

I visited it only by working meetings not as a guest, but the hotel looks great, I had the opportunity to tour it and it looks excellent the pool area.

Everything about this place I loved! It has a swimming pool, garden, on Sundays there is a buffet for $220 pesos and includes barbecue, pork, bread, fruit, juices, cereal, pan, and a lot of stews; It's super!

I attended yesterday 02/May and today 03/May/2018 to a course to this hotel. The service in the lounge was good, the bread rich, the coffee too. But today's food Uffffff… looked like a hospital. Very, very tasteless, everything. The soup, the pieces of steak with onion and pepper, the frozen beans, the dessert (flan) and the water. I tried to perceive a pineapple-like flavor with celery. I think by the level of this hotel, they should pay more attention to this. I hope they will improve as this is a constructive critique. Best regards.

An older hotel with all the classiness that one expects from a five star hotel. This hotel exudes quality from the moment you enter the foyer. The buffet was delicious. I have been various times during the week and been impressed with this hotel. It has an elegance and quality not frequently seen. The staff were polite and helpful and very efficient. Today being Sunday, the buffet was even more impressive with typically Mexican dishes such as carnitas being cooked and served outside on the terrace. Live music was the perfect touch. Everything was just outstanding. Today we invited a guest who has not been to the hotel before. She was very impressed. The food and service plus the very beautiful gardens full of flowering shrubs around the pool area provided a delightful Sunday Brunch experience… (On another note… I previously had the opportunity to visit and view the accommodations. Just beautiful. Every room is perfect. If you get the chance to stay in their Presidential Suite it is stunning. ) Congratulations to management and staff.

Good place, the attention is very good on the part of the staff, only it takes a better maintenance.
The location is excellent and has parking, in case it is filled they take you to an alternate site for you to stations your car and that is very good as you are sure.
In general if I recommend on your visit to Queretaro.

In a conference room, nice space. Beautiful gardens and large hallways, elevators from ample parking. Bad detail: They did not activate the air conditioner in the living room.

It's a well located hotel, with everything one would want to find in a nice, elegant hotel. It's near downtown and has a beautiful architectural design.

The parties rooms in there are fully equipped, inclusive they give you the Wi-Fi password in which you could connect all night long.

Good location close to downtown. Very friendly staff. My only complaint will be the food, it is not seasoned but it is a hotel at the end of the day. Housekeeping staff picked up all the towels although we didn't want to and then they left us 2 when we were 4 people.

We went to a social reception. The place was nicely decorated: tables, chairs, etc. The dinner was a buffet, quite delicious. From salads to a fish stew, and a rich tortilla soup.

Perfect place and close to the center to stay. It has a garden inside and swimming pool just be careful as the hotel is opposite the main Avenue "1st February" and if you touch a room of these you may have trouble sleeping. They were going to give us one of these but we requested the change without problem.

The restaurant has lousy service, very poor management. They had us waiting for half an hour and they didn't have the table ready. What are you aiming for? Is it very difficult to read your list?

I came back in the hotel at like 4pm and the room wasn't cleaned up yet. AND the weirdest thing is that the tip that I left was gone without a cleaning done and so was the TV remote controller. Maids play music so loud while they clean the rooms, which is so annoying. Hair on the floor. They say they're a 5-star hotel but definitely like 3. Terrible service. All the room service, front desk service, room… Very disappointing. Never stay this hotel ever again. Horrible experience ever.

By misfortune my experience was very bad in this hotel, organize an event that had a countless of things wrong.
1) Hall had no screen to project and it took much to take it
(2) the climate of the room not served
(3) the second day they did not find the key of the room and started 45 minutes late.
(4) there was an error in the time of the contract and to the time of serving the food the second day the captain almost US raises of the table, little trained and little cuts.
(5) the attention of the people from reception when you did you know your needs was despot.
(6) there was a cockroach in the table of the coffee breaks.
(7) our event ended on Friday at noon and they served coffee break that Friday afternoon was not requested and clear they claimed it.
What is worth it penalty of the hotel is that them rooms are pleasant and the hotel is nice and downtown, the food is good in general, but not is care in have a good try and train to all its personal, the service of waiting in the coffee break also is good, but general has more things bad that good I do not recommend to organize events there.
