A quick place to stay and comfortable.

The elevator sounded a lot to the utilizarce. And the breakfast food is very bad, however the services are fast and efficient. Although the phone sound was not working.

Very good location of the hotel. Breakfast is very rich and varied. The rooms are very small and have a very strong deodorant smell But overall and based on the price is very good.

The worst experience in my life in hotel stays called One or any other, their elevators do not work properly, so my mother was within one for 20 minutes, when leaving or an "excuse me are you all right? Can we help you with something? "Absolutely nothing. We Tried to open the door and the receptionist attendant was more concerned about not hurting his useless elevator than pulling the person inside. It All happened because in the double room there was the two towels as always and upon request the other did not take her to the room if she had not my mother to go down for her. Even Worse their doors from the emergency exits to stairs do not work properly at least the 3rd floor of was in which I stayed so I could not even access my floor down the stairs, I had to wait more than 15 minutes after my mother was rescued D The elevator to be "fixed" and have to climb back up the elevator. A lousy service, no one worried about the situation as if it were a minimum to stay locked in a lift alone for more than 20 minutes. And to close perfect the air conditioner does not serve in the room. The One hotels have lost my family as clients forever.

Excellent Hotel, parking, access, elevators for people with disabilities. Very large Parking, free, security, video surveillance cameras. The staff were very friendly and Attentive. To access the floor of your room, you must put your Hotel card in the security slot of the elevator. Free buffet Breakfast for guests. Fresh Food, very well seasoned. Season Fruit. I Put 4 stars, the room we touched, very clean, but it requires maintenance. Broken Floor, broken shoe, careless bathroom. I Hope you solve it quickly, much investment, for these details.

The hotel is small but the rooms are comfortable. You have what it takes to rest. You don't have your own restaurant. The staff is normal. The Internet works well in all facilities. If I would recommend it for a business trip. For something else there may be better options.

An austere hotel but with the amenities strictly necessary although there is no reason to complain, the breakfast is fine except the tortillas that I don't know how they are made to be hot and raw at the same time, overall all very well.

The facilities are discrete but pleasant, and comfortable, the breakfast is very good, room service available relying with its sister hotel, holiday inn.

The eat wasnt good and the bedroom was very small.

It is a good place to spend the night although I must say that the rooms are not noise proof and the be on an avenue busy it may affect those who have light sleep. The cleaning seemed good until I noticed that under the bed there was too much dust. The girl in the reception seemed a bit rude, apologizing that the hotel was 'self-service', showed an attitude that left much to be desired. The rest of the staff very friendly. In general terms is acceptable.

It is a very basic hotel, uncomfortable and of poor service. The room for two people is minuscule and the bathroom gives laughter, with the cup behind the door. The breakfast was mediocre and asinado of people in a small space. Although it is relatively economic you can find better at the same price and even more batatos that are not so bad. The location is a little hidden, the rooms are very compact and you can barely move in them, the employees very polite.

El desayuno es su talón de aquíles. Puedes ir al fiesta in que está a 3 min caminando y tiene 2x1 en desayunos.

Excellent location a few minutes from the historic centre. Small and clean rooms do not have iron but it does TV including Wi-Fi and flat. Excellent breakfast buffet. The parking spaces are very small.
