Nice hotel, clean and convenient to PPG plant. Good breakfast daily.

One fabulous day that Tuesday, I had eaten well and explored the village of San Juan del rio, I arrive in the room with my parents and my brother and oh surprise, there is another person in the room, and I was able to enter with the key, well it has been an unfortunate mistake. Well, it turns out that not because in another room I go out of showerandion, some guys open my door, luckily the insurance ide that opened completely, of course, they blamed the new employee at the front desk. That ruined the trip.
If you stay here you better make sure this is the lock and knock on the door before you enter that are like the egg kindergarten, you have surprise inside.

The accommodations are quite nice, spacious and well kept, staff is friendly and attentive, I was quite happy with my stay and would definitely come back again. Not 5 stars as the locations where the hotel is at… Is not ideal. Not much to do within a walking distance, which is a shame!

Good Hotel. There is no noise despite nearby industries.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good even though it doesn't have as much variety. The pool is fine for children as it is small
The bad news is that the rooms lack a lot of ventilation.

Very quiet. Friendly good price includes breakfast. Pool for Enercitarte. It also has a gym. Convention Center. Very soft the bed as in the clouds. 700 pesos per person is not expensive.

De todos los hoteles Holiday Inn, esto es de los de mejor servicio, muy amable desde que llegué, preocupados por el servicio al cliente, atentos y serviciales, las habitaciones muy limpias y modernas, la alberca esta de buen ver, en un lugar estratégico entre Querétaro, Peña de Bernal, todos los balnearios, tiene gimnasio, etc lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Excellent hotel near the center.

Good beds, breakfast included, near the highway Queretaro — Mexico. Preferable to pay a hotel night and not drive tired!

Good location. Breakfast is included. In front of the hotel you can eat or dine. Nearby there is a shopping plaza with more options.

New Hotel, comfortable and recommended for "sleep only".
Do not think for anything else, the staff does not listen to you, never answer the phone, if you ask something to the room, never arrives; They seem to use the services and staff of the Holiday Inn that is next door and leave the slightest effort for this one.

Very similar to other Holiday Inn Express. The room has good space except the bathroom which is very small. The best is the location since it is very close to Queretaro galleries where there are several restaurants and department stores. There is no restaurant service at all hours so you have to ask the Holiday Inn ' normal ' which is still side.

Terrible front desk. Simply have no idea what they are doing here.

Place was very nice. When I arrived it was freezing in the room and I had to sleep in my jacket, made worse by having just been sick. You had to put a room key in a spot just to be able to turn the heat on. This would be a much more enjoyable experience if this was changed.

Clean upgraded rooms and excellent service from staff. Easy access to neighboring Holiday Inn. Breakfast is good as well.

Good place, a bit uneasy for security issues, elevator, hallways for room access and well, almost everything requires the key to the room to acces… For the paranoids is perfect…

Very comfortable and the service is very good, the breakfast is unbeatable and the pillows invite you to be lying down longer. The only thing is that their heating doesn't heat up the room. Although I reported it is not an easy problem to solve. However everything else is great.

El hotel es muy moderno y cómodo. El buffet está al nivel de las expectativas, muy rico y completo. El único inconveniente que tuve fue que el aire acondicionado estuvo fallando toda la noche, a veces muy caliente, a veces muy frío, y sonó varias veces el teléfono a mitad de la noche también. Fuera de estas fallas, todo lo demás fue muy agradable.

Express Concept Hotel. Good rooms and facilities. Didn't expect much at breakfast.

This was a very noisy place anytime of the day or night you hear the beating and thumping of the businesses around you you can't sleep. Other than that it was not bad I just wish that they would consider having coffee all day and all evening and room service or meals in the evening because if you eat at USA wings that sets in front of this hotel you put yourself at risk of catching salmonella poisoning I did and I was sick for a week.

Very Good price/quality. Just 5 minutes from the "Leather area" and bus terminal. Only 10 of the footwear outlet.

Nice place there are a few industrial sites near by. I recommend requesting staying on the right side of the hotel.

The place was really nice, but sometimes the service was hard to get and it could have been better. But not bad at all.

It's a good place. The facilities are excellent, the only bad thing is that you hardly see it from the Central Av. Its spectacular to indicate that there is the hotel, seems publicity of the same.

Un lugar limpio pero bueno aunque la atención fue niña de acuerdo a qué fue un evento.

Es un buen hotel, pero no estoy muy a gusto con sus alimentos, creo que les falta más sabor, fuera de eso, tiene un buen servicio y unas habitaciones comodas.

El salón de eventos esta un poco reducido, aunque también puede variar dependiendo la organización del evento, en como acomoden las mesas u otras cosas; estacionamiento amplio pero con muy poca seguridad; higiene total en baños e instalaciones.

The location is excellent, close to the industrial area. The rooms are spacious and they are clean. The service staff is good but could improve their English.

Modern design and decor, they provide you with all the amneties you need when away from home. While staying at the Express you get access to their sister hotel nextdoor the Holiday inn Centro historico which has additional amneties such as a pool and bar. Although it is close to a main road this means it's within walking distance of downtown. The staff are professional, courteous, and accommodating.

The food service is very fast, food is tasty and cheap, the location is very easy to know where is it.

The complete experience at the hotel was great, the rooms and the service felt excellent. There was only two main problems, the first one is the lack of a restaurant at the hotel, so I needed to look for ome that was near at night for dinner, the other problem was the temperature of the pool, it was incredible hot, I liked more being outside of the pool that being inside of it. I think they could have lower the temperature of the water to make it more comfortable.

There is attention to the guest. I ordered a taxi from an hour before, and I came out with that 'crossed' something to the driver. And ill-treatment in the receiving lousy care.

This hotel is very well located, but i'm going there to have breakfast with my friends and with my mom. It is a buffet and is so delicious, and with the advantage that you have the promotion of 2x1. Super recommended.

It is a small place in San Juan de el Río, but care and rooms are excellent. A bit far from the Center and high price but worth the experience.

Holiday Inn Centro Querétaro. Bad, the attention was not good, there is poor coordination between the staff, we were left without a reservation for the christmas dinner and almost we can't quite place. The worst thing was that they stole articles of value from the room and the management did nothing to resolve the problem. Be careful with your things.

Always good service, the only problem comparing with other holiday inn express is the breakfast buffets that includes is quite deficient.

I was wrong in this hotel: the clogged toilet, the next day I bathe with water cold will I pass turn on boilers, breakfast, more or less, and already spent four day and my Bill not send it me. Improve your service are chain I'll stick in the guanajuato and beat them as much I want my Bill.!.!

Fair price for the really beautiful rooms and facilities. Pool is just for relaxing, not for exercising. Staff is always smiling and helpful. Hope I can return soon.
