It is located on the outskirts of San Juan el Río, it is advisable if you go by car, it is close to the annual fair.
It's good if you go in your car.
The rooms are clean, the only thing that failed was the cleanliness of the bathroom, it has a giant crystals where it reflected the interior tartar of the sanitary.
Buy with breakfast included, two days the menu was the same, nothing spectacular.

Very comfortable place to rest and enjoy San Juan del Rio.

Lousy service we got a room with an unpleasant smell plus they didn't have valet parking and the distance from the parking lot to the main entrance is a bit far away, no bell Boy service, Osea that if you go to this hotel and take a good luggage pién Salo twice.

My taste my experience, the friendliness of the staff is good, the rooms go agreed to what you pay and are comfortable, the food tastes good but they can improve in expanding their menu as it is very reduced and does not have a great variety of dishes, breakfasts are regular sometimes they know well other times they lack flavor that is why I do not give them 5 stars.

The facilities are parents. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean and have coffee maker, iron, hair dryer and air conditioning. Bathroom products are Neutrogena. It has a shuttle service to the round. Breakfast is buffet style with simple but rich dishes. Third time I stayed at this very comfortable hotel.

I visited the event room to a conference and I really liked it, it has size suitable for about 50 people. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you go to work on the industrial area, the hotel is very well located. The staff was friendly and the amenities good. The room was kind of small and the bed sheets seemed old and worn out. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

The location is good but the breakfast is bad and the room where I stayed needs urgent paint. Not cheap the lodging, should be in better condition.

There was issues with the plumbing the toilet sets too close to the bathroom counter so you not the toilet paper off every time you use the bathroom and I am a skinny person so give you an idea a relatively quiet place I was ignored by staff at the reception desk on several occasions but oh well.

Good Service and good treatment is widely recommended, somewhat noisy for my liking.

A Lot of noise to sleep by day and the rooms are very girls this better the Holiday Inn.

I stay here on a regular basis since it is only 5 minutes away from our factory. Some of the rooms are not good. The carpet smells and biggest issue is the hot water from the shower is very slow — almost a dribble at times. Has been an issue several times and for others as well.

The location was great, just 5 minutes from the company I was visiting. It all looks clean and brand new. The bed was very comfortable. There are not many restaurants near the hotel but they have available options that can deliver.

Good rooms, nice service, maybe need more variety on the restaurant but have a nice taste.

The Hotel is quiet, ideal for relaxing in on a road trip, equipped with Wifi and free breakfast.

The rooms are comfortable although a little small for my taste, the service and everything that has to do with the room it was fine. There is only kitchen service after 6 tardw and lLamentablemente food that led us to the room were unacceptable, even it was necessary to speak with the manager about it.

A hotel located in the industrial zone of San Juan of the River, where you can escape from work. The room is simple and comfortable and the staff meets with their core activities. Simply complies with what you have to offer a business hotel.

Very nice hotel but the area where it is located and the rate as which they do not match, in Addition to the San Juan River not Monterrey by others good service good facilities clean if you bring budget extra a good option.

Ok. I want to start by saying I am a loyal Hilton customer which is why I booked this hotel plus it had good reviews. BIG mistake this time! I arrived on a Sunday at 1:30 pm and was told my room would be ready at 3:00. It was 5 before the room was ready which was not a huge deal. Headed to the room and the carpet in the hallway looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks. Opened the door to the room and it stunk… a musty smell with a hint of urine mixed in. It was not good. The room had not been vacuumed at all. The walls were dirty and I could even see dirty hand prints on them. The bathroom had hair in the sink and it looked like a coke had exploded on the wall by the light switch. I had to look under the bed now. I saw a dirty floor with dead bugs and a bottle cap. I was not surprised to be honest. Went to the front desk and the people working were nice enough and they explained the hotel was at full capacity over the weekend. This was their explanation why the place was so dirty… WOW! The location is not close to anything to walk to like a restaurant, shopping, gas station, etc. It is located on a busy road that has truck traffic ALL night long! I can't understand all the positive reviews of this place. I would never, ever recommend staying here. It was not a deal either at $88 a night! Please do youself a favor an look elsewhere in San Juan del Rio. I found one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at across town.

What I liked most of the hotel were the guest rooms, which seemed very comfortable, especially the bed. If you are looking for a good hotel to rest, this seems to me very good choice. The bathrooms also have enough space. The rooms were very clean.
Facilities at the hotel liked. All was very clean, and the appearance of the hotel it looks modern.
The service was very good and friendly.
As for the location, the hotel is located on one of the main avenues, which facilitates the transfer to other parts of the city.
My only negative comment would be on the breakfast buffet. I think the taste and variety of the dishes could improve.

Service is wonderful, helpful. Clean rooms. Hot water is scarce, anyone taking a shower after 8:00 in the morning, there is no hot /worm water left, other than that, free breakfast is served and is very filling. Overall experience is great.

Terrible stay. Was here for 5 nights and can't think of anything good to say. I checked in online and picked my own room, once I got there the room was a complete mess. Towels on the floor, the works. They got me into a new room, smaller and lower level. Then the service, getting any kind of attention was only by repeated waving of the hand and verbal calls for the bartender standing only 3 feet away chatting it up with some locals. Once you got the attention it was immediately followed by attitude as if I inconvenienced her somehow while I sat there with an empty bottle for 20 minutes. Never coming back here again, there is a holiday inn just down the street and it's closer to the only restaurants in the area.

In the middle of san juan del rio, its located this hotel, that its enough for staying there, rooms are ok, the problem was the loundry, that I left at 6am, and when I return it was not cleaned joust a messsage saying sorry, you know thwme rest, buisness meeting, dirty clothes.

Excellent place, ideal for rest and especially excellent treatment. What super recommend.

The hotel is pretty good, it's like any Hampton Inn, the only thing is that when you have little people in the hotel the service is a little slow.

Visit the hotel this weekend with my family (19 Dec 2015) and to the exit I realized that I had forgotten my other pair of shoes. Calling them, I confirmed that in the room there was nothing. The room is not already reserved by another customer and even though they boast of a strict security control, which is not used for anything, my shoes didn't appear. It is a pity that the staff are dishonest, who take advantage of the opportunity to steal. Not I highly recommend it! For my future visits would opt for another more secure option.
