Very nice hotel. It was a shame that you do not have sufficient staff to meet correctly, and basic services like hot water and parking leave much to be desired to be a “boutique” hotel and sold as luxury.

Very beautiful hotel, very well refurbished. Rustic style but with well polished and elegant finishes. Recommended in case of proximity to Plaza Zenea. Located in the mere center of Querétaro.

We Went to a wedding so it's not the same service, but the place is super nice and aesthetic. We Were treated Super Well the next day at breakfast. The rooms are all different, and they were very nice and comfortable. They Also have heating and air conditioning.

I couldn't say that I loved it, because on a day as special as yesterday, May 10th, it was not very pleasant to arrive with a reservation made online and they tell you that you are not written down, that your reservation does not have it and after you check you out and tell you that those reservations do not come to them and to apologise they give you a table in the worst place, since it was the passage of the kitchen and every time they entered or sathed the waiters, they stuck in the chair where my daughter-in-law was sitting and then also went on my side.
The restaurant is very nice and the food good, my grandson very happy in the games and very well taken care of by the ladies assigned to them, I only ask that if they do not check their emails, do not put pages to make reservations, it was very uncomfortable what happened to us.

An extraordinary place I went to celebrate my birthday and the attention was exceptional the delicious food and the quality of the excellent service… 100%RECOMMENDED.

The decor is beautiful, few rooms that make it more enjoyable and quiet, I super recommend it.

Nice location in the core of downtown Querétaro. Attended professional event hosted on the beautiful rooftop. It can get quite cold in windy days so keep that in mind. Staff was quite helpful and attentive, making sure organizer needs were met.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at! My fiance asked the staff to help him out to propose to me and they delivered with an A+! Also the rooms are incredible, the service incredibly good and even tough the place is in the middle of downtown, you have a lot of peace.

Very well located, it is a pity that the terrace is not working, you can not take or eat something light and the terrace is empty!

The hotel is nice and the rooms are quite big. But there are some thinks I do not like. The rooms are really dark and the worst Internet is not working at all. I left something in the fridge, called at the afternoon. It was spanish ham which I brought from Spain. They said to me that they had found it and they would send it to me. All lies, they kept it for themselves.
