I stayed in Georgetown for 4 nights and couldn't choose a better hostel. Perfect location, close to everything.
The spacious, clean and air-conditioned rooms.
The toilets are always clean and papery.

Originally booked another Aayu property but got moved to here. Location is good. Has a few night time eateries downstairs as well. Seamless and contactless check in and check out.

Service was really great. I requested a last-minute room upgrade and they handled everything quickly and smoothly, which I appreciated so much.

The place is well maintained and clean. All necessary amenities in the common area were great such as water dispensers, coffee machine, vending machine.

Probably my favorite hotel experience ive ever had. Such a beautiful house full of character and charm, and Emily (I think the manager's name? ) was such a sweet and friendly person.

Just came back to the US from Penang.
I highly recommend this place to my friends, a couple from England, who escape from the coldness to enjoy the warmth of Malaysia, the people and the weather.

Location: excellent. You can blindly book and you will be ok.
Noise, cleanliness, bugs: zero complaints. Rooms, sheets etc were all exactly as one would want. Literally zero issues.

It's the perfect place to stay if you are visiting George Town.
The hotel is magnificent! It is so beautiful inside and outside, I still cannot believe I spent 5 days in that palace!

I really loved the capsule hotel design. It’s perfect for solo travelers who want to relax and enjoy some peaceful personal time.

It's all perfect! 👍💯

I want to thank this wonderful hotel for such a pleasant stay.
The private room was very clean and peaceful. Even though the bathroom and shower are shared, the privacy and comfort were excellent.

The rooms and common place are new, clean and well-maintained and well-designed. The shared bathroom and toilet are clean and spacious with mounted hair dryer.

One of the best budget hotel I stayed. Very clean and good service. Bathroom, towel, bed all clean. Wifi. Aircond. Heater shower. All worth staying. 4min to KTM station.

Spacious clean room. Helpful front desk. Easy parking. Affordable rates. Enough said. Recommended.

One of the best feel home Hotel I've ever had so far. Location wise & near by Teluk Bahang, it's surrounded by all amenities near the accomodation you could get.

Even before stepping inside, I could tell the place was clean — no shoes are allowed inside the hotel, which is quite common for us locals.

We have stayed here twice due to the location and getting good service.
Once downstairs in a private bathroom.

The price is so low but the quality is great. The rooms may be small but the A/C works fine and the beds are just right. The staff is very helpful, especially the supervisor.

Amazing stay! The hosts were super kind and helpful, made check-in very smooth.
The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the cats were absolutely adorable 😻
Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, stylish, unique, clean and lovely! Location is also great. Wi-Fi speed is fast.
If you are a cat lover, this is a must go!
So many adorable cats, and the room is very tidy.

Honestly the host is such a legend! Super kind and helpful. Location is perfect. Massive value for money.

Good place and good location. Stuff there so kind and always help. Thank you so much:)

My stay at The Magazine Hotel was really amazing. I got the most awesome service with affordable price. The location is also really good. I was able to cover most famous places by walking.

Great stay and value for money. Location is very strategic. Most important the service provided. They take care of my arrival time and departure. Well done Kelvin from the reception.

We booked a stay for two days and one night. We arrived late on the first day, around 11:45 pm. The staff greeted us politely and escorted us to our room smoothly.

It's a good place to stay if you're looking to get a Thai visa, I chose this place cause it was only 20 minutes walking for the consulate.

Excellent roomstay. More facilities available than your typical budget place.

What I liked was the room and location, it was clean and comfortable, and walkable to anything you want to see or eat in George Town.

The room was amazing. Very good location, walkable to all the main spots but not on a busy street. Tainara was especially amazing, and her energy made the city much more vibrant.

This place serves the best sourdough bread out of all cafe in Campbell street IMHO. It's closer to European style bread that I like.

Not to be dramatic but the best bagel i’ve ever had, I visited twice. Great matcha aswell! Staff were really lovely and really attentive, would recommend! Price is reasonable!

Checked in with my family.

Staff is exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Even just being a motel. My experience was pleasant thanks to the staff at Rasa Motel.

Worth for money paid, just few steps away from restaurants, convenient store… clean and nice place to stay for all… owner of homestay is a friendly man, good hospitality…

Originally, I had booked 2 nights but extended to 4 nights. The hostel is situated in little India so you are in close proximity to great Indian food.

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Chulia Mansion Hotel during our 2-night visit to George Town.

Chulia Mansion is a lovely, cozy hotel that immediately gives off warm and welcoming vibes the moment you arrive.

Totally all is good but 1st is safety. For all visitors more be careful the floor mosaic bathroom very slippery. Keep u step inside bathroom.

Room a little bit small but location is the best just beside Gurney Plaza n by night hawkers just in the front 👍
