Room, Quad Deluxe, seaview, 5th floor. A little noisy, around 15 minutes on foot to the heart of Georgetown and Pasang Kota. For a budget hotel, really clean and comfortable.

Location dia dekat dengan laut tapi view pun dari tepi ni je. Layanan and service sangat bagus. Make sure prepare the cash deposit. They do have TnG but sometimes they turn it off.

Perfect location, super sentral but still in a quiet place. Service was very good, we were met with great hospitality and got plenty of information.

Price is good, staff very very helpful and friendly. Room also clean & nice, the bed is comfy. Bathroom so far clean. Provided washing machine & dryer.

Noise, cleanliness, bugs: zero complaints. Rooms, sheets etc were all exactly as one would want. Literally zero issues.

Had a great 5 night stay with Arthur and co. Shared bathrooms are kept very clean! Small kitchen is great and we enjoyed homemade breakfast every morning.

Location is fantastic rooms are nice for the price. A little loud in the evening but it is right downtown. Good place to stay if you want to be right in the action of Georgetown.

The Room and bathroom are clean. The beds are comfy.
The breakfast though was not really worth it for me. You get far better choices outside.

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Chulia Mansion Hotel during our 2-night visit to George Town.

Chulia Mansion is a lovely, cozy hotel that immediately gives off warm and welcoming vibes the moment you arrive.

Stayed at room 104 for 4 nights with my husband to accompany me on a medical treatment trip here in penang.

For me, absolutely great experience in this hotel. Fir the room very comfortable with relaxing moments.

I have been to Penang several times, but this has been my best stay so far. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future.

The magazine Boutique Hotel is a very convenient place to stay. The rooms are quite unusual with split level floor.

Great hotel and location! The check-in experience was great and the nearby Anna shop is good for cup of tea/ dosai. The rooms were decent with overall good staff behaviour.

This is the hotel that does exactly as it promises. Good rooms and good service with peaceful environment.

Room is clean. Bathroom is nice. My room was located on the topmost floor (3rd floor) and with steep stairs. I suffer to climb given my injured leg. Photo shown otherwise.

Overall its a decent hotel, located in a good spot and close to the famous street arts that you'll eventually want to see. Their rooms are small but well equipped for budget travellers.

Slept well in the double room at the back with en-suite, location has a lot of character and host is very friendly. TV didn't work and Wi-Fi is flakey. Good value for money.

It's a homey place, nice for socializing, lovely owners, in the heart of the city. I enjoyed my stay.

A wonderful stay at A Cozy Place in Penang — George Town!

I arrived past midnight (so very sensitive if things goes wrong lol) but it really meets my expectation.

We stayed at a standard double room. It was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Two bottles of drinking water was supplied each day. The location was good and access to many eating places.

Recommended for all travellers. The hotel provide:
Amneties : soap.
Towel : change of towel provided.
Drinking water : bottled.
Plastic hair cover.

I stayed for 10 days, even did my laundry :) excellent location and value for many. Incredible and friendly staff, thank you Elyn.

All in all it is an ok stay. Will come back for the overwhelmingly great location. Nasi Kandar Imegresen is just across the hotel.
Breakfast is basic and spartan.

Well priced hotel near lots of great dining. A bit of a walk from city center, but not an issue. Quiet, clean, nice staff.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. Our room (304) was big enough for two, clean and had no smell! Our bathroom had an open window, the one in the room was just for the view.

Absolutely loved the stay at Gallivant, the location is so convenient and they have ample free parking on their premises. The room was very clean and modern but the bathroom is quite a tight squeeze.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at The Terraces by Aayu.

I traveled solo, and the room size was sufficient for my needs. The air conditioning cooled the room quickly, which made the stay comfortable. I booked through Booking.

Due to a change in our travel plans, we reached out to the hotel with a request to cancel our booking free of charge, even though our reservation was non-refundable.

Warning: this hotel doesn't have a "traditional" lobby/reception. So checking in was a bit confusing at the start but what they lack in reception they have such a great room.

The private room was very clean and peaceful. Even though the bathroom and shower are shared, the privacy and comfort were excellent.

The rooms and common place are new, clean and well-maintained and well-designed. The shared bathroom and toilet are clean and spacious with mounted hair dryer.

Location is good. Centre of town, walking distance to most of the old street. Food option nearby no worry about that.

We loved it here. This was a wonderful oasis of calm amongst the hustle and bustle of George Town.
