Nairobi Hotels

Very exceptional customer care offered by amazing team members like Derrick Omondi, Peter Lumbasi (front desk), Angela and Duncan (restaurant), daytime security, housekeepers, the team leader

The hotel is great, professional staff. Peter is very helpful with getting us checked in, explaining everything.

5 Star Everything at Macadamia!
Macadamia delivers five-star excellence in every way. For anyone seeking luxury hospitality without the formality of a hotel, this is the perfect spot.!

I threw a surprise birthday party for a loved one at Macadamia Boutique living and had the best time!
Literally everything about our overnight stay was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at Wildebeest Eco Camp – it was the perfect place to start and end our journey in Kenya.

The cabins are magnificent, super clean, and located in a very well-kept place. Everyone here is incredibly friendly. I found everything excellent and beautiful.

Great place to stay at with an acceptable room rate. Clean rooms, very much helpful and friendly staff.

Have been visiting this place for almost 7 years now.
Nancy ensures her guests are taken care of really well.

Everything was excellent! The location, friendly staff, and incredibly large and clean rooms. I highly recommend it!

Good central hotel in Nairobi. Location is perfect. The mattress is awful and not comfortable. The reception is 24h.

My stay at Ngong Hills Hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient and easy to access.

Ngong Hills Hotel is a gem along Ngong Rd, just a few minutes from the CBD but feels like a getaway.

The facility is very good, well maintained and most importantly quiet. The gym could do with a revamped, like adding a full set of dumbell and completing the stream room.

Convenient quiet location close to amenities.
Friendly, helpful and professional staff always ready to help. Polite security staff.
Clean.
I enjoyed my 3rd stay at lenana suites.

I had a really enjoyable experience at Swiss Lenana Mount Hotel in Nairobi.

We stayed for four days and found the hotel to be an excellent base for exploring Nairobi.

Overall, a good hotel.
The design of the room does not provide a lot of privacy while showering or using the toilet, especially with the mirror placement.

Perfect, Everlyne has been extremely nice. Top notch service, strategically placed location-wise. The general service has been top. Well cooked food.

Perfect stay at Aziz Suites. Staff was amazing. Rooms are quiet and a lot of space. Aziz café's food is great. Feel safe also with security.

Fantastic set of suites in block with security with comfortable beds, kitchenettes and powerful showers.

Very clean place, professional support team, functional kitchen, accessible.

They have the best customer service and the rooms are clean, compliments to Abdul Malik at the reception desk.

The place is ok, the receptionist called Mohammed was nice, he helped us to check in, he even carried our suitcases to the room, the food breakfast was served so nice, it's a good place.

When it comes to good food in Eastleigh. There is nowhere better. Sumptuous mouthwatering arosto, pilau, chips etc and Don't forget to wash it down with the tasty camel milk spiced tea.

I hosted my graduation and there services are topnotch… They deliver exactly what you request and always confirm your orders and every thing you need… I love everything about Trisan resident hotel❤❤

Hotel La Mada offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to escape the city buzz.

Love the entire place! Ambience! The nature… has the vintage architectural style. You need to be an old soul to fall in love with this place.

Amazing room service.
Delicious food. Definitely a place to go back.

The hotel has spacious halls for holding meetings, clean accommodation rooms and nice meals.

I recently had lunch at Hotel Rio and it was a really pleasant experience. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and nicely seasoned, with a good balance of flavors.

In the noisiest part of Nairobi lies an ancient glory. I can tell you what not to order — food. You'll wait an eternity and eventually it comes to your table cold.

I stayed at Best Western Meridian Plus Hotel for 5 days during my Hajj holiday with my friend, and we had a wonderful experience.

We had an excellent experience at Best Western Plus Meridian Hotel Nairobi. Special thanks to Patrick and Ruth for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness throughout our stay.

The rooms were clean, the breakfasts, were good, the price was affordable. It was close enough to the city but away from the hustle bustle of it. Quiet and peaceful.

This was my landing place upon arriving in Kenya after a 14h flight.
Couldn't dream of a better place. Family spirit, extremely reliable and trustworthy staff, discreet and yet friendly.

Very nice people. Good price. Rent a hall for a.

Breakfast in hotel very average.

We had a really great stay at Concord Suites and a big part of that was thanks to Marion.

A truly excellent experience at Concord Hotel & Suites. The conference facilities were exceptionally well curated: spacious, organized, and perfectly suited for professional meetings and events.

Friendly and professional services. Been visiting Cozy Residences for over 2 years. The environment is peaceful and serene.

It was a comfortable apartment. Clean and well laid out. We had a nice quiet relaxing time during our stay.
The only negative was the wet bathroom floor after taking a shower.
