Nairobi Hotels

Good budget-friendly hotel with basic but functional rooms. The bathroom has only the essentials, but there’s both hot and cold water.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and convenience shops. Uber drivers had no problem finding it. It’s also centrally located to many restaurants, clubs and activities in the city.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well lit. The place is quiet and one can easily focus and work.

Great place to stay in Nairobi. Very near Village Market mall. But what makes this place awesome is the staff and their service. They go above and beyond to create a space that is welcoming and warm.

Had the most amazing deep tissue massage with Caroline! V peaceful setting and great service, I would definitely book again. V talented masseuse, just right amount of pressure and softness.

A secluded serviced apartment featuring a heated pool. It’s perfect for anyone learning to swim and looking for a private space to practice away from judgmental eyes.

Very good rooms, very confortable. I liked their service and also the freshness of their good! And their Gymn and rooftop restaurant were my favourites.

I liked everything about the hotel, modern Gym, heated pool, modern house standards, classic dishes ample parking…
Can't wait to be here again… Everything was perfect!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This hotel is simply outstanding. We stayed here unexpectedly after our flight was cancelled, and the experience exceeded all expectations.

One of the best hotels to stay in within Nairobi. Welcome to Pori city hotel.

Lovely venue and even better ambience. However, I'd like to single out one Tuchy who was nothing short of amazing throughout.

We had such a wonderful experience! James served us and was incredibly friendly, attentive, and courteous throughout our visit.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jacaranda Hotel. The service was excellent, and the peaceful environment made the experience even more relaxing.

We booked a quick dinner and David at the reception really pulled the strings and made it happen.

Spacious spotless and well equipped rooms. The hotel has an elegant grandeur. Staff very friendly and attentive. Would stay here again.

Outstanding stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and professional, and the food was excellent. Great service throughout my stay.

Quite a beautiful and lovely place. Well within budget for a date or meal.
Serene environment, beautiful ambiance, sweet food, good customer service.

We stopped by Pullman Nairobi for lunch, and it was a lovely experience. The food was delicious, with every dish well-prepared and full of flavor.

One of the best hotels in Nairobi, with incredibly supportive staff and exceptional client handling.

Wow! Very pleasant experience. My flight was cancelled and the airline booked this fantastic hotel for me on a short notice. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous.

This hotel delivers a phenomenal experience with its beautiful rooftop ambiance, impeccably clean rooms, and outstandingly friendly service.

I stayed at La Maison Royale Westlands and found it to be a decent value-for-money option in the Westlands area.
The check-in process was quick, efficient, and welcoming.

Lovely intimate place. Great service and I loved the word search game on the tables, unique and interesting.

Very good restaurant and excellent meals! I celebrated my birthday there. Despite the problem with electricity that day, everything went smoothly, the food was very tasty and the service was good.

The hotel is interestingly decorated. Some parts are looking a bit worn out and it was not 100% clean. Like the towels and bed sheets looked a bit worn out. But not too bad.

It truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and welcoming.

The service is sooo slow actually. Their either understaffed or they don't value fast service.

Great location and affordable prices. However the service is a bit slow especially when busy.

Stayed here for a night and I loved loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, loved the meals and the service. Definitely booking again 🙂

I was visiting Nairobi Kenya for two days. My friend was recommending me to stay in the Westland area. So I booked Raha suites hotel for two nights.

This place was amazing! They literally have nearly everything you need.

Lovely hotel, secure and safe. We stayed in the executive suite which was clean and the bed was comfortable and lovely air conditioning. The rooftop pool is big and the lounge is lovely.

The location is very strategic as it is opposite UON so accessing it ain't a problem.

My work colleagues and I spent a week in this hotel since we were attending a management training session concerning strategies for operation excellence under ESAMI.

Good and peaceful environment.

The service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond. We had an event and all my guests were impressed with the location, setup and above all the food was delicious.

This was a great location for our event as it was private and beautifu. The service was beyond superb. We had sufficient staff to wait on us and they did a great job with the deco.

I loved my stay! Staff was courteous friendly and ready to help. Their breakfast meals were okay too.

Spacious one-bedroom Apartments in 60ies style.
Excellent value for money.
Ideal if on a long stay, as privacy guaranteed while still guarded and safe, reliable room service, dedicated staff.

Well maintained rooms.
Easy access to westlands and still be within reach of Nairobi's wider city life.
Modern amenities.
Wifi signal strength was solid throughout our stay.

There was construction outside during our stay and our shower was leaking — but for the price we paid we were satisfied and aren’t complaining!
Gym is top and has a wide range of best machines.

The rooms are very clean and equip with most neccessities. All staff members are attentive, helpful, and very friendly.

Location, service and overall experience. I stayed here on my way to and from the coast. The FD staff, super cool. The security personnel, friendly.

We came to use the pool access for the day for 2000KSH pp. Lovely big swimming pool — not heated but very refreshing.

I was there for a business conference, it was a bit out of the way for that purpose but the service and food once there was excellent. I did not get a chance to review the rooms.
