The experience was wonderful.

The washrooms clean enough.

Ayub was an amazing waiter, he made great drinks and helped serve our table kindly. Manager Peter was also super kind, offered us a discount and came to check on us personally.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. The meals at the restaurant were fresh and savoury.

Had a good time at hotel, and excellent service in the restaurant and rooftop bar. Madel in particular was super helpful and one of the best staff I’ve experienced in Kenya.

Located in the prime Kilimani area, this place offers you a peaceful stay. The rooms are fairly clean. The good is great, and it is value for money.

My stay at Victorria Suite with my guy in Kisumu was absolutely delightful. The hotel offers a calm and serene environment, perfect for relaxation and unwinding away from the noise of the city.

The Hotel was wonderful, close to a mall and bar. We stayed as a large group for a campaign to supply safe water to schools for a week and the staff was amazing. The rooms were very clean.

A beautiful and very comfortable place to stay. The facilities are lovely, the food is consistently good, and the owner and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming.

Luxury apartments in a cool and quiet environment. I recommend a stay here when you are in Kisumu.

Luxurious apartment… some of the units are available for Air BnB rentals. I highly recommend this apartment for any stay within Kisumu.

Very convenient for travel since it's a few meters from the airport, clean courteous staff very secure compound.

The unit was modern, centrally-placed, nice views, and profoundly cosy.

I have stayed here four times in total, with the most recent visit in August 2025. It's an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Kisumu city.
