They have pleasant rooms and enough space. Their services are spectacular and cooperative and a goid place for meetings, parties or even vacation privacy from work and stress. I like the place.

My stay at Victorria Suite with my guy in Kisumu was absolutely delightful. The hotel offers a calm and serene environment, perfect for relaxation and unwinding away from the noise of the city.

The Hotel was wonderful, close to a mall and bar. We stayed as a large group for a campaign to supply safe water to schools for a week and the staff was amazing. The rooms were very clean.

Very welcoming receptionist (yivone). Very green, quiet, luxurious. Got a complimentary mangoe juice since the milkshake order wasn't so great. Nice place.

Talk about cleanliness, a good view of the lake, impeccable food and service, working showers and lovely modern rooms. Need to improve more on the noise reduction at night on one section of the hotel.

It was a very nice place within town, a walkable distance from the cbd and enough security.

This place is awesome. Food very nice in particular the fish always so fresh. The cabbage best I ate. Service very good. Its a little bit outside Kisumu but in a very serene place.

A high end resort with excellent rooms. The front part has been submerged in lake water. The place was not fully operational on 19th December 2025

Book top rooms (8 and above) if you want to have a better view of Kisumu city and the lake itself.

The rooms were nice the ambiance was good except a lot of lighting their VIP room was good.

Poor services at the restaurant, I'm a foreigner, I served beacon, potatoes and pancakes for a take away.

The place is nice. Has a nice swimming pool which is affordable.
