Very welcoming receptionist (yivone). Very green, quiet, luxurious. Got a complimentary mangoe juice since the milkshake order wasn't so great. Nice place.

Talk about cleanliness, a good view of the lake, impeccable food and service, working showers and lovely modern rooms. Need to improve more on the noise reduction at night on one section of the hotel.

A Beautiful place out of town surrounded by nature and offering beautiful views of the city and Lake Victoria.

Beautifull spot right by the lake. Safe parking, great view from balcony. Very helpfull personel, very good breakfast.

A high end resort with excellent rooms. The front part has been submerged in lake water. The place was not fully operational on 19th December 2025

One time, beautiful experience with friends. Serene and private environment by the lakeside though the perimeter walls deny one a view of the lake. You may access the rooftop area to view the lake.

The location is cool. Cool breeze ozes from the lake. Has a nice but tiny swimming pool. Be ware of mosquitoes!

A good Hotel in the heart of Kisumu city, nice rooms, serene and with the option to cook for yourself.

We stayed here on a stop over. The hospitality was great. We were greeted and immediately shown a room. The prices were more than fair. There is a small restaurant.

Its an ample place with great lounge areas and gardens to drink. They serve well cooked meals on order. They have very clean and affordable rooms as well.

The staff all deserve a special mention because they were fantastic and so friendly. The rooms are very cool, modern and with lots of fantastic features.
