Very secure and neat place. Few flaws that can be improved in the rooms.
Has a resident club at top floor, a swimming pool and great views of the lake.
A nice place for vacation. It's near the biggest beach (Dunga Beach) in Kisumu with good serene and view of lake Victoria. Visited by most of the people and of high class. A distance from KISUMU city connected via a tarmacked road. Very clean City and even the beach is well kept.
Has plenty of fish costing from Kshs. 300 _2000 or $3 to $20 according to size of the fish.
Has basking places where you can view the serene of the Lake alone or even as a couple.
Welcome to Kisumu City and also to Dunga Beach. If you want a nice place to reside within the period, test Dunga Lakeside Resort. It was nice place to us with swimming pool, meals, Wi-Fi and other services as per once request.

The location is nice… great view of the lake! However, my wife and I came a few weeks ago with my son and had no light in the bathroom and no TV and then fire ants all over our room. The manager was kind enough to give us a night's credit because we had to leave a night early and had already paid. Fast forward a few weeks, my wife and I alone came back for a weekend get away and to give lakeside another shot. We explained the previous issues and they insured us that this time, this room would be better! Once again I prepaid (BIG MISTAKE) The shower was scolding hot 🔥 and the faucet was broken and they said they called a plumber that never showed up! The TV never worked and the ants are all around the entire property. The soldier did however wash my motorcycle well and the food is actually pretty decent. We have decided to never return and we will not be recommending to our friends. Its unfortunate because its a decent location and a decent place. However they dont do what they say and your word is your bond and burning myself in the shower was the final straw… Travelers beware.
