Beautiful place. Staff is very kind and welcoming however service is poor. Food takes forever to come. Sodas not cold. Otherwise it’s a nice place.

Very convenient for travel since it's a few meters from the airport, clean courteous staff very secure compound.

The unit was modern, centrally-placed, nice views, and profoundly cosy.

Hotel Itoya is beautiful and offers great value for money. The view from my room was fantastic, I got to watch the sunset every single day.

Loved the hotel. Visited on a Sunday evening, when there wasn't much activity. I think we were the only group at the venue.

The vicinity to the lake is gorgeous and the sunset and sunrise view from the balcony is just wow.
You have the best view of Kisumu port and the Kisumu city.

Nice units for a family great pool. Nice and quiet when I was there. Affordable. Looks like they just updated some of the rooms with paint trips everywhere in the one I was in which I see a lot.

The hotel is older, but well maintained. It is located in the heart of Kisumu; easy to find and easy access to the airport. Parking is provided and the area is walled, gated and guarded.

Poor services at the restaurant, I'm a foreigner, I served beacon, potatoes and pancakes for a take away.

Really lovely staff took great care of me even when I came knocking to be let in in the early morning hours. Good location with plenty around on the street easy access to everything.

The location and sheer functionality for a business trip makes this a great little hotel. Quite efficient and lean with excellent staff — friendly, polite and charming.

Talk about cleanliness, a good view of the lake, impeccable food and service, working showers and lovely modern rooms. Need to improve more on the noise reduction at night on one section of the hotel.

Enjoyed the stay, the food is sweet especially the Pizza and it comes with an offer buy one get one free. Just awesome. Surely will tell my friends to visit.
