Celebrated a birthday there… I liked the ready to serve staff. Nice ambience and lighting. And it's not too far from town.

Accessible and it's ideal place for office and other functions.

The rooms were fantastic, I was there for a romantic weekend and they accomodated us very well. It located in a very quiet environment and the swimming pool made this stay soo much better.

The ambience and hospitality was top notch. Thank you Charles and your team for the help. The separation of waste was brillant!

My experience was exceptional. I forgot my charger and power bank in the hotel.

The place was really nice, if you want privacy you have it, great service, the home made ice cream was amazing, loved every bit of it.

Ose cottages in Mamboleo Kisumu is quite the hidden gem.

Very welcoming receptionist (yivone). Very green, quiet, luxurious. Got a complimentary mangoe juice since the milkshake order wasn't so great. Nice place.

Luxurious apartment… some of the units are available for Air BnB rentals. I highly recommend this apartment for any stay within Kisumu.

Very convenient for travel since it's a few meters from the airport, clean courteous staff very secure compound.

Well situated near the Malls and supermarket. Just alighted at guardian and took a less than 3 minutes to get there. Affordable pricing well for the rooms. Amazing staff.

A Beautiful place out of town surrounded by nature and offering beautiful views of the city and Lake Victoria.

The hotel is older, but well maintained. It is located in the heart of Kisumu; easy to find and easy access to the airport. Parking is provided and the area is walled, gated and guarded.

Poor services at the restaurant, I'm a foreigner, I served beacon, potatoes and pancakes for a take away.

Beautifull spot right by the lake. Safe parking, great view from balcony. Very helpfull personel, very good breakfast.

A high end resort with excellent rooms. The front part has been submerged in lake water. The place was not fully operational on 19th December 2025

Magnificently structured, illuminated with fine interior decor and with state of arts natural and artificial features. Well made mouth watering delicacies that suits all classes of consumers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Somerset Gardens, and I can't say enough about how incredible Henrietta and Ruth are as hosts!

Really lovely staff took great care of me even when I came knocking to be let in in the early morning hours. Good location with plenty around on the street easy access to everything.
