Terrible customer service. We asked for reservation of rooms and by the time we finished dinner, the rooms had been given away.

Cool environment, very easy to locate and access. Some of the conference halls, however, have no ventilation fans.

The rooms are pretty small, but they are generally clean. There are two types of rooms, the old ones (here the showers and drainage barely work okay) and the new wing (state of the art rooms). The new wing is fine, but the standard rooms are small, and they have fans instead of a state of the art aircon. The bathroom is also small and squeezed. If you're 6ft, you'll have a problem standing under the shower.
The place is also generally quiet, for a good night's rest. The service is great. The breakfast was quite elaborate, full english breakfast, but they didn't have one of those (either fried liver or wings), scrambled egg was also just available on request, but not communicated. Also they were lacking cereal bowls. The juice there was 5 🌟, fresh, tasty, natural. They had no African tea.

A nice place to spend a night in. Very cool, no noise and very clean rooms.

I booked in the hotels deluxe room, its an experience would wish to forget, Ac not working so I had to do with a fun, but the worst night mare is that there was no water in bathroom, I reported the matter to a rude receptionist who casually tells me, ' its only one day' and that I can go take my shower downstairs, mind you I was in 3rd floor and there is no lift. I had to go shower in a different hotel in the morning. Customer service in this hotel is non existent and they can do with a house keeper coz the rooms are not well kept.

Authentic for seminars and trainings. Nice food and services, also close to CBD.

They keep improving so the review might change. Stella is a great asset. Listens, is honest and cares about her clients. And observant. She made our time there worth it.

Great for meetings. Calm place. Have a taste at the Nyama Choma with "ojuri". Very sweet.

Very clean and classy rooms and food, it is child friendly and their nyama choma and ojuri are on another level.

Our room was spacious and clean — but the Wi-Fi didn’t work, which was a bummer since I was there for work. The water closet was difficult to flush and definitely needs repair.
Breakfast options were local, and well done.

The lady giving the service is welcoming.
