While the stay itself was entirely smooth and enjoyable, the communication prior to arrival did not get off to the best start.

I had an exceptional stay at Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo, and I am truly impressed by its top class service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to creating a memorable experience.

Look no more you just found the nicest Hotel, I have stayed there twice now, a recommendation from our Japanese friends.

Vintage style 5star hotel. Service was top notch. Could use a makeover. Location was prime — walking distance to Ginza and many delicious restaurants nearby. Close to the train station.

We had a lovely stay here. Location is excellent as it's across the street from Tokyo Station. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was great.

I stayed here many years ago & returned to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Shangri-La never disappoints. They have spacious room, offer excellent service & great food.

Rooms were small, the usual Tokyo size it was hard to open all your luggage at the same time. Staff was always present if you need help even with your umbrellas.

We stayed here three nights in a comfort double room.
The room was decently sized, maybe because of the type but it was also a corner room so that may have helped.

We chose to stay at the Conrad Tokyo because of its convenient location near local attractions, transportation options, restaurants, and shopping.

Only reserve the harbor/water view. It is simply amazing. Plus you look into a park right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very big with incredibly high ceilings.

What a wonderful hotel! We are frequent travelers and the attention to detail and service here has been phenomenal.

Very good Marriott hotel, conveniently located in the Ginza shopping area near the Tokyo Station. Service was great here. The Lavarock buffett breakfast was excellent.

A rather small Marriott, basic outfit, clean rooms, not too loud. Vreakfast on the griundfloor is very good.

This hotel was arranged by my tour guide agency and this hotel is clean and their location is convenient as it takes only 15-20 minutes to the nearest train station.

Extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Great views and the hotel is within walking distance to Omori Station.
They also found a hidden room for me when I extended my stay last-minute.

We had a decent stay at this hotel for just one night at the end of a long trip through various Ryokans and Airbnb.

We chose OMO5 Gotanda because it is relatively new, and also because hotels around Tokyo Station have become extremely expensive.

This was the first hotel we check-in for our 10-day Central Japan tour. It is a 3 star hotel roughly around the price of S$170/ — per night.

New Otani inn Tokyo was a very nice hotel that was quite close to the Osaki station.

Excellent hotel near Shibuya Crossing. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean, and very nice atmosphere. We will definitely come back here next year. My only concern is the AC in the room.

Friendly service, easy ro navigate, and a great location for shopping with easy access to trains.

Super close to the station, very nice neighborhood, they even have shuttle bus for hotel guests.

I recently stayed at Henn na Hotel in Tokyo and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job cleaning it daily, which I really appreciated.

Beautiful hotel that's connected to the Monorail and the Seafort mall with lots of dinning an so shopping options (7-11 and a drugstore).

We had a wonderful stay at ANA Holiday Inn Tokyo Bay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers excellent value for Tokyo.

Great hostel! Beds are clean and comfy. Staff speaks English and are helpful and attentive. Lots of space to store your stuff on the rack under the bed. Everything feels really safe and secure also.

I was surprised by how convenient and comfy this was. The pods are quite comfortable, especially if you travel light (one suitcase).

​I took a direct train from Narita Airport to Shibuya Station and reached the hotel within a 10-minute walk.

It is our first time in Tokyo, and staying at Hotel Indigo Shibuya made the experience even better.

It's a great small hotel that caters to English speakers. Is in a great location. Be prepared for small rooms which is typical in Japan, but compared to other hotels the bathroom is bigger.

Great location in a lively area, with Parco just a short walk away. The lobby is stylish and welcoming, and the room was a good size especially by Tokyo standards.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable and well maintained, and the service throughout the stay was excellent.

Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is really a top-notch hotel. It is clean, the staff were very helpful and polite. The location is just at the fringe of Shibuya shopping area, super convenient!

Shibuya Stream Hotel is located near the metro station. Love vibe of the hotel — modern minimalist. The staff is very welcoming to help us with the check in process. Staff speaks good English.

Great hotel. Centrally located and 2 minutes walk from Shibuya Station and 5 mins walk from the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. Buffet breakfast is good but have had better. Room was fantastic.

A comfortable size lodging with great amenities for a short term rental. We love staying here and having the flexibility to eat in or go to neighborhood restaurants.

This is great apartment if you want to be close enough to the main areas of Shibuya and Shinjuku but still tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood.

While we spent more than we wanted during our stay in Tokyo it was well worth it. Huge room and king size bed. Tub and walk in shower. Cute rooftop seating and with free drinks and snacks.

Very spacious, you sacrifice a bit on the location for it though. But all things considered the value of the hotel is pretty good.
