Cheap hotels in Osaka Prefecture

First great location, great metro connection. Excellent value in a stylish building. Room is a mini apartment with a balcony. Quiet. Rooftop has a view of Tsutenkaku.

I stayed for a week in this excellent hotel apartment located in a nice location with at least 4 train lines within a short walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

Very reasonable price and clean room. Many people commented the Bath. Not very big, just a medium size onsen pool.

I'm a kind a neighbor but need to escape the cold. The room only had a shower, but the there have gym and large public bath was clean and satisfactory.

I actually came here twice within one month. I originally came with my wife for a 2 night layover and we stayed at a double room.

Perfect little guesthouse. A nice comfy room with a private shower was provided. Check in/out was done contactless and was super easy.

Perfect as my last stay in Japan, very accomodating and easy before the flight. I got a suuuper nice present as well, thank you very much!

Absolute steal for the price on a weekday. Room was nice and clean, though with a slight clinical smell. It has a washing machine within and balcony to sun the clothes.

Everything we needed in winter in Osaka, a good sized room, hot shower, deep bath and warm aircon. Cooking facilities made cheap eats a breeze.

Great for a long stay. Close to a local subway station but far from the JR Osaka station. Close to a 7/11 Konbini. Room was small to American standards but all I needed.

Had a really wonderful stay :) The place definitely looks not brand new, but with that being said, it feels very homey and is like a Japanese apartment!

Great quiet location. It's a small hostel but very nice & clean. They also offer free breakfast. I like that they recommend things to do/see/eat too. You can even rent a bike if you would like.

I liked it a lot. It has a very cosy and calm atmosphere. They give you free earplugs which is very helpful. The staff is also very welcoming.

Really loved my stay at Hotel Vine. I want to truly bring attention to a wonderful staff that works there. They were extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and kind.

It was very nice travel with hotel vine osaka kitahama.
The front desk staff are very kind.
There are enough amenities.
Breakfast is also perfect.
Thank you so much.

This hotel offers a delightful experience with its prime location. Guests appreciate the easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

This hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Dotonbori.
It’s located in an area with small restaurants and offices, and transportation was convenient, which made it a good place to stay.

The location is very accessible to convenience stores, resto and train station. Matte and Eric is very accomodating and treat us very well.

Thank you for the warm and accomodating owner of Bighem Maison. The place was so clean and spacious. Very near the train station and walking distance to local restaurants.

This is going to be a long Google review, but it’s definitely worth it.
From the moment I stepped into this place, I immediately loved the vibe and felt so welcomed by Ken.

I had a great stay, Ken was incredibly accommodating inviting me out the fridt night to sumo wrestling. Unfortunately I was unable to attend but the sentiment was really inviting.

The location was excellent. Ebisucho Station was only about a 3-4 minute walk away, making it very easy to get around Osaka.

We love that there's a heating function in the bathroom so we can warm up the clothes that was dried in the balcony so that they are toasty and warm instead of cold.

I stayed here solo for 3 weeks in August to September 2025. The rooms were affordable. Staff were helpful. The place was regularly maintained.

Capsule Hotel Ninja & Geisha in Osaka is a fun and unique experience with a cool Japanese theme.

Overall, fantastic experience at the hostel, especially in the common areas where you can cook your meals if you choose to. A refrigerator is also available in the common area as well.

Very clean hotel. The receptionist was friendly and spoke good English. The value for money is excellent.

Very helpful, friendly and informative staff. Always clean and always have new towels. As soon as you walk out the front doors the metro station is 25ft away and really easy to access.

The location is very convenient. Staff is helpful. I am happy to stay here. Only the hotel price is quite high for the room. Thank you.

A great place to stay.

I don’t even know where to start. The experience and service were incredible. The people in charge truly understand the challenges tourists can face, and they go above and beyond to help.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff are professional and polite, ensuring a smooth stay.

Stayed here for a few nights to explore Osaka with my partner — very clean place with easy access to train lines and convenience stores.

We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms while not super spacious was good for us 4 with space to out our luggages and shopping on the floor.

We had a great time staying at Montana Wing Yebisu. The responses were very fast, and all our inquiries were answered promptly. The self check-in process was easy and smooth.

APA hotels are known for comfort rooms in limited time and space. Service and hospitality is really good. Staff were friendly and have patience in listening and addressing with respect.

Stayed here for 2 nights for city break. The location is very good, just outside the subway exit. Front desk service is excellent with smile all the time.

Central location between southern and Northern downtowns. Close to metro. Many great eateries withing 10 min walking. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Service is very warm. Staff is very welcoming.

Good hotel. Clean and tidy. AC/Heat unit perfect temp settings. Has a humidifier in room if needed. Safe in rooms. Staff very attentive and polite.

Receptionist, Ms. Zhai, I think who speak Chinese with my wife, extremely helpful. We are in our late 60^s. She is very patient with us for request for a high floor, quiet room & also directions.

Great hotel for the price. The rooms are very small, you kinda just get the bed. Just the bed, and bathroom. There's not much to it. However, what sets it forward is the service and location.

I liked our stay here. The area is quit and peaceful, as well as very well located to the city center and not as crazy as stay on Dotonbori.
