Hostel Caranashi is easily one of the most homey accommodation you can find!

It’s a cozy and warm hostel, which makes me relaxed and I recommended to my friends after first day of stay.

I think this might be the first review I have ever written, but I felt I had to. This is by far the best hostel I have stayed at in all of my travels.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. Spending time in the bar of the hostel after the day in the city was our favorite activity.

A great spot. Good location close to a metro stop. Nice common area. Indoor and outdoor seating. They offer a family style meal at a reasonable price. Interesting people are attracted to this hostel.

Was pretty nervous for my first stay in a dorm but Takeshi and Yumi were fantastic hosts.

I really enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse. The location was in a nice quiet area of town, but was close enough to the station. The bed was comfortable and everything was really clean.

The hostel is in a great location, right above a subway station, so super easy to get to! The reception woman I spoke with was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Very friendly receptionist. She spoke very good english. The lobby area had a great vibe and I was able to get work done during my down time.

Its a Hostel, the shared space is enough for 5-6 people to sit at the main table and enjoy a drink/dinner. The shared spaces are clean and the rooms were clean besides the amount of dust in the room.

I chose COGO tennoji as my base for 7 nights for my first international solo travel. The property is very well maintained. The staff was helpful.

Staying at IM Guest House felt like stepping into a home full of warmth, laughter, and human connection.

Nami was simply amazing. The location is very close to the stations, and there’s a market just a 4-minute walk away. The hosts were incredible—so accommodating and provided the best service.

As a solo traveler, it was nice to arrive at a hostel where there’s social events on in the evenings with other guests.

This has been the best experience in a hostel so far. The most fun and social hostel in Japan with their board of activities and the people you meet there.

Perfect place to stay if you're visiting Osaka for sightseeing. It's walking distance from Osaka Castle as well as transportation options.

The nearest subway to this guesthouse is Midoribashi (the bridge is literally green). It's like 30 mins from Dotonbori by subway + walk.

Place: I booked the hostel to be access a more calmer part for a good price. The green line brings you to the center quickly and 15 min walk to Osaka Castle Park.

The room is a bit tight but clean and comfortable. The common area are cozy. The walls are quite thin, though thankfully our neighbors were respectful and quiet.

I visited this place to use the bar. It's located in a quiet residential area, close to the station. It seems like the locals take turns tending the bar.

I was in the neighborhood and checked out this place. The cafe had some delicious items. I had the flan with a lemon tea! A cool chill vibe with lots of tourist staying in the hostel above.

This place is so cool. Walk in and change into indoor slippers, the music is boppin. On the river and our 6th floor room had an amazing view. Bed super comfortable.

Bed was comfortable and I absolutely love that the restroom is inside the ladies' dormitory. The restroom/powder room is also spacious. Basic toiletries and hair blower are provided.

The owner (Sonik) is the best! So helpful, respectful, and hard-working. He cleans the whole hostel every day! I enjoyed many good conversations with him, and also with some of the other guests.

Very nice Place. We stayed for a week and had a very pleasant time.
The rooms and common rooms are kept clean at all times and the host is very courteous.

Don't hesitate to book this place if you're looking for a hostel. I stayed here for 5 nights and came back to a newly clean bed everyday.

Went here last summer, and it was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent, with Shin Osaka station being a 5-7 min walk from the hostel.
