Izumi-Sano Hotels

It was memorable spending our vacation in Osaka. The space was clean and tastefully decorated as traditional Japanese house. Amenities were provided, ensuring that we had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is strategic for DIY travel and it is near at KIX by train. Mr and Mrs Hemmendinger are such wonderful hosts! My daughter and I thank them from the bottom of our heart.

Great start to our lovely experience in Japan. Such a beautiful find in a secluded place of Tsuruhara, the neighborhood is quiet and welcoming with Metro access in 10 mins from the guest house. Eric and Matte have made sure you have all the amenities like toiletries present, so you won't be needing to carry anything extra. Just a heads up if you're tall, the bathrooms could be an issue as they could be quite compact especially the toilets.

Our stay was splendid and their service was very good. They treated us like we where home… my friends all wanted to come back for vacation next time. All hotels need to learn from these services to improve their customer service…

A beautiful and tranquil property. We stopped for two nights on our way to another inn north of Kyoto, because it is quite close to the airport (45 minutes drive) and we didn't want to drive all the way to the other property at night when we got in. The grounds are lovely and there's a beautiful stream that runs just behind it. We could hear the flow of the water from our room which was very relaxing. The room is spotless and spacious.

Absolutely wonderful stay with unmatched service and value if you are looking for a quality Japanese experience. Breakfast and dinner included was 5 star restaurant quality. Bamboo forest with stream and bridge blended well with the many cherry blossoms. 5 stars all around for an outstanding experience.

Great location close to Hinino Station on the way to Kansai Airport. The restaurant serves great Japanese cuisine, and the breakfast is really delicious with good coffee 😊

English speaking. Very pleasant and unforgettable experience.
Private Onsens were Bookable night of and were 100% worth it.
Breakfast was also very pleasant.
Shuttle to airport at as early as 5 (maybe earlier).
Pick your breakfast time, and shuttle upon arrival.
Will stay again!

My very first guest house in Japan, and I could give Perfect Score for it. Every facilities here are well-functioned, even there are halal-labeled refrigerator & tablewares storage for moslems. Every rooms are neat. The owner (Yuri-san) is very kind and helpful. Every small flaws here like low ceiling bar or unstable water heater etc. Didn't give me any major problems, so I think it's okay. Even located is in a small alley, the location is strategic enough.

Great, easy location for a 1 night stay before an easy flight, wouldn't stay much longer than that. Not sound proof at all but very clean rooms and service was lovely.

Wonderful, comfortable hotel that provided everything we needed after our flight. Convenient location that is easily accessible from the airport (train to Rinku Town stop; then around a 10 minute walk from the station). We really enjoyed the on-site breakfast which offered both traditional Japanese and Western options; a Lawson store is also situated next door. Staff are very helpful, accommodating and efficient with their service, and facilities are super clean.

Great hostel only 3 train stops from the airport. Very clean with a small kitchen to heat up what you buy at the Lawson's around the corner across the street. There's also a 7-11 at the train station from the airport. Kinda confusing how to put the sheets on the bed, but you know they're clean. Towel included also.

The man who is the owner? Was ready and welcoming asked if I had any questions, this is after a long flight from down under. Only draw back was I had to swap rooms for my 2nd night but it had less beds I think. Convenience store “Lawsons” straight across the road has some English on food. Also had a coffee from his store next door whilst on the pricey side it certainly hit the spot! 5* I don’t usually rate hostels but this 1 was a goodie Wi-Fi fast and showers gr8, Arigato guzamas!

I used it for work in Izumi City on Wednesday, October 30, 2024.
Because we are taken care of by Route Inns in each region, the facilities and breakfast are extremely reliable.
I just found out that the toilet and bathroom are barrier-free!
There was a variety of vegetables for breakfast, and I also had a delicious stew 😊
I would like to continue using Route Inn from now on.

I stayed here for sightseeing around the area and the night before going to Kansai International Airport. The deciding factor was that there was a natural hot spring. For safety reasons, you cannot enter the natural hot springs for women without a special card key, and there is a coin laundry in the changing rooms, so I felt that women were taken into consideration. The hot spring was a little lukewarm, but it was summer, so it was perfect. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Excellent pre — or post-flight hotel. Easy access to the airport by rail or shuttle. Quick check-in and clean, comfortable room. The onsen was particularly nice at the end of a long trip before the flight home. It's not a place I would want to hang out but perfect before or after a flight.

This is a hotel located next to the Rinku Town train station. You can get here from the Kansai airport via the Nankai line which cost 370 yen and is only one stop away. Reception is self check in with one staff to help you. We booked a queen room. The room was a little small but laid out well. There was a toilet, separate shower room and the sink was outside next to the cupboards. Room was clean, Wi-Fi fast. Shower was good with good shampoo.

We stopped here before our flight home for a night, it's peaceful and quiet after staying in the metropolis for the majority of our trip. Make sure to utilise the cab drop off service here as you will have to commune by foot from the shinge station which does take quite some effort with luggage.
Rooms are clean with most items provided, make sure that you buy food from the local supermarkets as food eateries require a distance. Definitely recommend 💯

Lots of amenities for everyday needs!
Can save lots of money with free use of car that uses very little gas.
Modern Secured unit locking system is very convenient and there’s no need to worry about losing keys.
It’s just like a home away from home!

Overall, this was a cute little treat! Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I love the novelty of checking into a hotel with robotic raptors. I enjoyed that they were dressed up for the summer. There were, however, a few things that I do need to bring up. I will start with things that are a little bit of a downside and then finish with the positive. Downsides: Firstly, the distance. I stayed in early late July — early August.

The hotel was located near Kansai International Airport. The room I stayed in faced the sea, providing a beautiful view that was both calming and picturesque.
The environment around the hotel was very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. Additionally, it was very convenient to take a walk by the sea or grab a meal at the nearby McDonald's.
Overall, this hotel is very suitable for a short stay, especially if you're looking for comfort and convenience close to the airport.

Close to the railway, there will be the sound of train walking.
But I was used to living on the railway. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are to be strengthened and recommended on the whole.

Good place for a short stay or transit near the airport. You can experience the feeling of staying in a traditional Japanese home sleeping on tatamis. Very clean and well taken care off. Also, 3 mins walk to the train station.

The single room is not so big, but comfortable. Breakfast incl.

Free shuttle to KIX. Cheap. Breakfast available. Good choice but a bit dirty.

Good and modern hotel with nice rooms. Outlets next to the beds makes it easy to charge the phone during night. Very good breakfast. It's a bit off, but they are shuttle busses from the airport or a 30 minute walk from the Rinku-town station.

A good place with good service. However if you want to get to the great sites in Osaka but sleeping in this hotel, it is highly recommended that you rent a car. By renting you'll also need to get an overseas drivers permit.
In addition, if you plan on staying at this hotel for a few days, breakfast remains the same every morning. There is no change of variety.
Restaurants are however close by walking distance, GPS would be helpful in this part of Japan.

This hotel is 1 station away from Kansai airport which was ideal for us since we arrived Osaka late in the evening. Room was very big for Japan standard, and had a great view. Only downside was that the building it is in has multiple entrances, and the other entrances were for other hotels/conference venues. Had to follow multiple signs and use elevators, going back and forth to find the reception which wasn't easy with tired kids and luggages.

Hotel is located right next to Rinkutown station, a one station ride from KIX airport. From the station, there is an elevated covered walkway that takes you to the hotel building. Once inside the building, be sure to follow the signs to Odysis and then take the elevator downstairs. Using the wrong set of elevators will take you to the sister property (Star Gate Hotel) next door. Rinkutown outlet and another shopping mall are nearby. We got a suite with the L-shaped layout and it was spacious.
