Hostels in Osaka PrefectureHostel

Definitely the most social hostel I’ve been to in my 3 month Japan trip. The staff is also super helpful with recommendations and anything you need especially Catalina.

As a solo traveler, it was nice to arrive at a hostel where there’s social events on in the evenings with other guests.

Its a Hostel, the shared space is enough for 5-6 people to sit at the main table and enjoy a drink/dinner. The shared spaces are clean and the rooms were clean besides the amount of dust in the room.

I stayed for about 4 days. The real star of the show here is the service. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and kind. They spoke English and we're always helpful.

Extremely nice hostel. The staff were always so friendly and kind. I stayed in a room with several beds, but it was very comfortable and I slept well.

Location was excellent, you could get to station from the same elevator the hostel used. Staff were helpful and nice. Beds were fine for a hostel.

I stayed here for two nights, and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when I first arrived. Great location that is near great sightseeing parts of Osaka.

I liked it a lot. It has a very cosy and calm atmosphere. They give you free earplugs which is very helpful. The staff is also very welcoming.

The hostel is really nice. It was newly built a few years ago and the furnishings are great.
The only annoying thing is that the air conditioning in Room C is awful.

10/10 hostel. Clean rooms (bed, bathroom, showers). Great location as you can walk to a few different train stations, both JR and Metro.

Hands down, the best place I’ve ever stayed.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the entire floor had such a cozy vibe. The toilets, shower booths, and rooms were all very clean!

This is going to be a long Google review, but it’s definitely worth it.
From the moment I stepped into this place, I immediately loved the vibe and felt so welcomed by Ken.

I had a great stay, Ken was incredibly accommodating inviting me out the fridt night to sumo wrestling. Unfortunately I was unable to attend but the sentiment was really inviting.

This was the first place I stayed in Japan and what a perfect welcome it was! This place is great. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a coffee shop which I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this place. The waitresses are very friendly (two beers please 😄) very beautiful traditional place, perfect for foreigners wanting to discover Osaka.

Wondeful place to stay, for a day, a month or a year! Staff is amazing and speaks english!

Wow! I am impressed with their unique ways of existence. If you are interested in the possibility of an art to engage with the broader society, you would enjoy experiencing Cocoroom.

What an amazing experience! This hostel really exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was super cozy and relaxed, making me feel right at home immediately.

The greatest part of this spot is the people you meet and lounge with including the staff, it all feels homey and cozey, chilling with the cats.

Surprisingly very good! A unique experience start from when you checked in, stayed for 8 nights.

Amazing experience at Sekai hotel. It’s a hotel that makes you feel like home. Staffs are warm and friendly and give a lot of useful recommendations.

Rooms are huge and a lot of amenities are provided. Toilet is huge and private too. Particularly loved the huge bath tubs which makes for a good soak after a day of walking around town!

Great location 👌
Loved the free lounge for guests. Free juice, beer, mini cake bites, nuts etc.
Rooms were very spacious!

I really had a great time here with the owner and son and the other travelers. One of my favorite stays in Japan.

It’s not just great service, they really care about people :)
I unexpectedly became ill while visiting, and when I asked for help they scheduled me a doctor’s appointment, something I couldn’t have

Convenient location near Namba and nipponbashi station. Near kuromon market too. Room is spacious and clean! Easy checkin and checkout.

Stayed in the Japanese style room.
Check in was swift — Taiwanese receptionist assisted to check us in on our check in day. On other days the counter will be unattended.

Super friendly staff!
And very nice guide!
I love this hostel I stay almost every time I visit Osaka. Ans kansai,
Sleep so good. Very clean!
Love design so cute area!

Good location and the owner was very nice and understanding.
I had stayed the night before heading to the airport and had my flight delayed.

Current staff very friendly and approachable. Everywhere is kept orderly and clean. Hot drinking water dispensing machine even 5-star hotels do not have. Comfortable lounge area.

Awesome value for the stay. Love the vibe here and Tomo was an excellent host! Wish I was here a bit longer to hang out.

Omg! I booked this hostile and never had I stayed in one and was trying to avoid coming even though I had paid. I'm very big on service and cleaniness.

20 minute walk to Universal and even shorter walk to train station. Easy access to city.
Spacious bunks and very clean facilities, well laid out kitchen.

Stopped in on a whim while visiting Osaka, it’s a fantastic little cafe and the banh mi rolls are absolutely delicious with fresh ingredients.

Had a wonderful stay at The Pax in Osaka. Beyond friendly and welcoming. Nice beds, bathrooms, and showers. Amazing restaurant on the ground level that’s nice to relax and meet fellow travellers.

Perfect place to stay if you're visiting Osaka for sightseeing. It's walking distance from Osaka Castle as well as transportation options.

Had an absolutely great stay here, staff were beyond friendly we were practically treated as family.

Absolutely wonderful. Very friendly staff. Clean room with personalised notes. In comparison to other hostels they offer less, but honestly, to sleep this place is awesome! Great value for your money.

The host is very nice and helpful, also for topics that are not related to the hostel itself. The hostel is nice, clean, calm and very! well located. The only problem is that lockers are super tiny.

Nice Hostel with a good location near Namba Station. Also a really nice host. Rooms a comfy and u can also do Ure laundry there. A 7-11 and a family mart is near by.

Very good and Clean Place 👌 Demir the Receptionist very helpful and Funny Pal, He offers to help each and every time and also makes tasty chicken soup😁
Very close to Markets, Shops, Metro and good

Was pretty nervous for my first stay in a dorm but Takeshi and Yumi were fantastic hosts.

I really enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse. The location was in a nice quiet area of town, but was close enough to the station. The bed was comfortable and everything was really clean.

The vibes of this hotel is so calming and peaceful. I really like the aesthetics of the hotel and the rooms are nice too. The bed is especially comfortable and everything is very clean.

Hotel 2Z exceeded my expectations — clean, modern rooms, very comfortable beds, and a perfect location close to transport and Osaka's best spots. The staff was welcoming and check-in was smooth.

Great place to accommodate if you’re crowded and it’s location is amazing 👌 some little details make it awesome.

We had a great stay and made new friends in the Hostel. It’s very near dotonburi. Has elevator too. Totally recommend!
