Dynasty Hotel & Resort Osaka truly exceeded my expectations.

Very good hospitality, they helped with everything I needed! There's a 7 eleven right next door so for breakfast I had easy access. The beds are a okay but not the best.

Amazing! Never imagine there is so nice hot spring hotel near the airport. It’s good for the last night stay and have an early flight in next day. Have shuttle bus to airport.

Very friendly staff and amazing concierge who helped us with booking dinner, shuttle, and private onsen.

First time coming to spa world for a visit, and I found it very easy for an English speaker to navigate.

I visited the spa on two occasions, in 2024 and 2012. I am very happy to say the spa is absolutely the same as in 2012. There are two floors allocated specifically for men and women.

Great hotel in Osaka and great location: 2min from Namba station and few min (8? ) from the heart of the action (Dotonbori)!

Rooms are small but clean and nicely maintained. The location is great. Really close to train station and famous Dotonbori street. During busy hours we had some queue for the lifts around 10-15 mins.

I stayed here for 4 nights fall of 2025. Large, comfortable, quiet room. Lots of freebies: curry rice, alcohol, ice cream, etc. My only complaint is the room key.

Fantastic location, only a few steps away from Dotonbori craziness and Shinsaibashi shopping.
The hotel itself is a little oasis, and very much styled in the Bali vibes.

Stayed here over a long weekend with the family on a cold January. The house was great, enough space for 5 adults and all our luggage.

Every detail was perfect for relaxing with the family. Great location, lots of space to enjoy some quiet in a big city trip and we had fun playing games at the big table.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderful long weekend here. The room size was a perfect fit for us—a rare find for a family in the heart of Osaka!

We stayed for a week and spent most of our time out exploring the city. The room is quite small, but it’s more than sufficient if you’re mainly there for a comfortable place to sleep.

Hotel is nicely decorated, staff is very friendly and has at least one person who can communicate in English.

After having a bad experience with an air bnb, I found this hotel and Chae was very nicehelped me book a stay. The room is very clean and spacious.

Amazing place to stay. Travelling as a family group, the rooms were great, living & kitchen area was spacious and the rooftop hot tub was a hit.

Very convenient location, near 2 stations, multiple family mart around the block, and walkable distance to Dotonburi.

The hotel is a good spot because it’s near the ocean and not far from the airport. However it is so tricky to find on Google Maps and you have to be careful you’re going the right way.

For my first two nights in Osaka, I stayed at two hotels in Rinku Town. The first night was at the Washington Hotel, and the second night at the Henn Na Onsen Hotel.

We loved our stay here. Very clean, huge room with everything you could need in it. Hot tub, lighting, music and bed were great. The service was discrete, friendly and very quick.
