Really good location on the edge of the town walls and just a short walk to the centre. Excellent welcome and provided a lot of information and recommendations for our single night in Assisi.

We were looking for the relax 2 days during our travel in Umbria with a swimming pool and beautiful view. What to say it was even better than we were expected. The view on Assisi is gorgeous!

The breakfast is a wide selection of delicous foods. The rooms are clean and contain everything you need for a great holiday and really close to Assisi.

Cozy B&B, located in a farmhouse not far from the city, immersed in the peace of the countryside and with a spectacular view of the Umbrian valley.

A Flawless Stay with a Standout Bar Experience.
​Our recent stay here was nothing short of spectacular.

The public areas of the hotel are beautiful and the views from the bar are amazing. The Wi-Fi didn't reach to our room and we had to ask for coffee sachets as there were non when we arrived.

Lovely hotel in beautifully kept grounds. Staff are lovely, helpful and keen for you to have a great stay. The swimming pool is large and a useful shape rather than looking like a kidney bean.

We stayed for five nights in a modern, superior room, which had the benefits of a balcony and lovely views over the surrounding countryside.

Driving up does not show the beauty and expanse of the property. Very clean and the breakfast is delicious with many choices. Outside the walls of Assisi but very close.

We spent three lovely nights here in September 2024 and loved it. The location is perfect … we were on the top floor and the elevator was very much appreciated.

Great location opposite the train station and the bus stop for Assisi and the airport. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet but you had to be served.

Staying here felt like we were with our favorite aunt. Host Mariella (sp) is so sweet, caring, and cute. To communicate, she speaks Italien into her phone which translates and speaks in English.
