Hotels in Assisi with Breakfast

Great location and good accommodations for the price. Maria served up a wonderful buffet breakfast of cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, pastries and coffee.

Amazing. The perfect stay in the perfect location. Great hosts and the lovely breakfast is a bonus. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff in particular was very friendly. All facilities such as the swimming pool and the sauna are highly recommended.

Randomly drove up the mountain to this resort to have dinner. The view was really nice and it was a very quiet and relaxed environment. The food was also enjoyable.

Easy to reach by bus from Assisi station. Hop off in the car park and walk over the road and there you are! Centrally situated. 10 minutes and you are at the Basilica.

Highly recommended hotel if you are traveling around by car as they have plenty of easy parking.

The staff were amazing! We had to leave early in the morning to catch our train. The staff arranged a taxi and sent us with breakfast boxes.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed there for one night only and wanted to extend but couldn’t find rooms. Perfect location in the wonderful village of Assisi. Walking distance from everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying somewhere with incredibly helpful staff who went above and beyond! The staff were always friendly and happy to help, which made my stay so much more enjoyable.

Excellent location, very clean rooms and nice hosts. The breakfast is excellent! Overall, we had a very good experience.

I’m writing this review to commend Ottavia and Doina at Hotel La Fortezza for her outstanding service and hospitality.
This hotel is in the heart of Assisi. It’s spotless clean, and very beautiful.

The hotel's location is good — near the bus stop, taxi stand, close to the St. Francis Basilica, and downhill from the center of town.

Great value, has everything you need. My room was small single but was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was fairly basic but quite typical for Italian standards.

Lovely hotel owned by an even more lovely couple Mr Dino and Ms Grazia. They go above and beyond to make guests comfortable.
Big rooms, very well decorated. Daily cleaning.

It’s a beautiful hotel, in the center of the town. Rooms are big and spacious.
Keep in mind you can not drive to the hotel during the day-it’s in the restricted are.

Very comfortable stay overall. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, well laid out, and had a lovely view of the Santa Lucia Cathedral.

Wonderful place, you eat and drink from god, welcoming and impeccable staff. Everyone proved to be nice helpful and professional.

Do not believe the free parking line unless you want to walk an obstacle course.
Go to closest parking on Maps and pay you are worth it.
Breakfast was ok instant coffee.

I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers from June 8 to June 9. Location is second to none, only a few steps from Basilica of St. Francis and also walking distance to/from the bus station.

Palazzo Sbaraglini was an exceptional place to stay.

Palazzo Sbaraglini stands out as a rare example of a historic residence restored with restraint and intelligence.

We stayed in the new section of hotel a few weeks ago on a tour group, great hotel service was great, friendly awsum place, clean tidy rooms were good close to Assisi would recommend, beautiful.

Nice and very kind! Advice.

I have been going for 26 years, I have always had a great time, at the Rocca I feel at home, from the welcome, perfect rooms, delicious food, run by a fabulous family.

Great welcome from the owners and all the staff, comfortable rooms, central location and good food … highly recommended +++

I expected larger rooms and a more abundant breakfast but in general it is an excellent hotel.

Small but comfortable room. Not fully accessible. No water pressure in shower. Noises from other rooms were heard easily.
Great location (very near to San Rufino Cathedral) and friendly staff. Clean.

Beatiful views on Assisi old town. Kind service and clean rooms without any issues. Pool is nice and tidy, perfect to refresh yourself after long walks through Assisi.

All okay! Excellent hospitality, kitchen, panoramic view, spotless rooms and very good prices👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Room was clean and the location was good with easy access to bus, taxi to Perugia airport, trains to Rome and Florence and other towns in Umbria.

Amazing value for the money. Location is so convenient, the rooms are super clean and the bed comfy, with tea facility. The staff is lovely and allowed us to check in earlier.

Location is great: close to Assisi and to Santa Maria degli Angeli. The rooms are simple but comfortable. But what I loved the most is how friendly, accommodating and flexible the hosts are.

I highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed x 5 nights half board, felt like home… friendly, attentive, caring they managed to satisfy our every need.
Thank you very much ❤x everything.

I loved my stay here. Yes, the rooms are more spartan than a typical "hotel, " but that's what I expected for the price!

Great welcome, place x stimulate the mind and spirit.
