It is not 4 stars, the location is great, spacious room, I was with friends and also to them the shower box was dirty and should definitely be replaced. The bathroom is to be redone. But on the other hand the restaurant is good, the waiters impeccable as friendliness and service.

I stayed here in August 2018… I would have expected better from a 4 star hotel. I found a structure generally neglected, in my opinion with few precautions could already improve (e. G. Cleaning the windows of the stairs or retending the walls). In the room the bathroom was nice and renovated, the rest quite dated. Friendly staff.

Food was great and plenty. Servers were friendly and helpful. No complaints from the wife and I.

Me, my husband, my 16 year old daughter and our little dog arrived on Wednesday 18 July for a three-day, two-night holiday. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is well maintained and clean, the rooms are large and the toiletries are quite many. Breakfast is great and very filling, sweet and salty. My daughter is allergic to milk and they have been very careful indicating to us exactly the ingredients of each individual dessert. The air conditioning is in every room and you can adjust it yourself. Each room also has a fridge bar, very useful in this hot period. I can only recommend this hotel which in addition to the kindness, courtesy and cleanliness, enjoys spectacular views of Assisi. Every morning, as soon as we went out we were greeted by the beautiful view of St. Francis Basilica: what could be more beautiful? Highly recommended.

Good restaurant. Cozy and clean. In the norm the kitchen.

Pretty convenient location if you turn with your own vehicles. Very quiet area. The structure would need good maintenance, especially with regard to the bedrooms, very large but worn. The breakfast is standard: not great but dignified. Very efficient dinner service. Nice staff.

We stayed at the Crystal Hotel 2 days rooms spotless breakfast generous staff friendly and very efficient the 2 abundant and superior dinners as preparation of the dishes and choice of courses at the cost of the same we will definitely given the location Excellent hotel both to visit Assisi but as a starting point for all the beautiful villages in the vicinity.

Staff very friendly, food plentiful and good, good cleanliness and rooms. The location is interesting.

Comfortable good value for money, terrific breakfast especially for the American who is used to eating salty in the morning.

It was very convenient to the centre of Umbria. Great friendliness, helpfulness and kindness. The smile and the tone of voice of the attendants make the stay even more pleasant. Good and prepared.

I this hotel at the level of meeting rooms and at the level of aesthetic impact.
From the outside it is from a star, the interior instead is from four abundant stars.
However it is clean and the staff polite and qualified.

Run down 4 star hotel, it's basically a 2/3 maximum. Staff is nice to guests but one day maid forgot to close my room after service and it stayed open until my return at the end of the day. Fortunately nothing was missing!

Hotel very good x spends a weekend around d'assisi. Excellent starting point x spiritual locations and not in Umbria.

The hotel staff is very friendly, polite and courteous. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The restaurant is excellent, also breakfast is good. Very nice views of the near, Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli Church can you go comfortably walk. Pets are welcome. We were very happy, I can recommend the hotel, especially dog owners.

Quality and professionalism make him a really cosy and ideal for a holiday in Assisi. Courtesy is really part of their DNA, they make you feel right at home.

Very modern rooms but beds too hard. Services not very bad. But truly wonderful.
I had abbituata so much to this that I'm missing:).

Modern and well located within walking distance from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli beneath Mattonata di Assisi. Only downsides cleaning the rooms.
