I really like a cozy and clean place with reasonable price when I have to go to Florence for work I always choose them, then you get from the station on foot without spending on taxis and do not take like other additional price facilities for cleaning.

Full, clean, comfortable and very well located apartment. At a very good price.

Very good option! Why? Because they offer all they promised: a clean room, well dotated (comfortable beds, microwaves, electric stove, tv, fridge, hair dryer), good Wi-Fi connexion, clean bathroom. The room was quite. We stayed for 14 nights and all was ok. The building is very close to the Central train station and the bus station. There are 2 big supermarkets opened every day (inclusive sundays-Conad and Carrefour) situated at around 300 m from the appartments. Good for exploring the City Centre and to visit Fiesole, Prato, Pisa, Siena, San Giminiano, Lucca. Why we prefered this location and not a hotel? Because to explore Firenze and the closest cities you must stay minimum a week. If you come for one or two days you will be desapointed because you can't see practically nothing. Or, to pay a week in a hotel and eat in restaurants will cost very much (the zone is very expensive). The owner is very serious, he speaks not much, but he offered us a map and all the informations we needed.

A good place to stay, to us gave us a very good apartment that had everything we could need.

We stayed two weeks here in 2011 and everything was exactly as advertised. I think people tend to forget this is not a hotel strictly speaking but more like efficiency apartments. They are well located near the train station (not in the historic center but very nearby, a ten minute walk) and fairly and modestly priced. You are not renting a hotel room so don't expect hotel service. Got it? There was a one time cleaning fee (regardless of length of stay) of 25 euros bit again, that is known to anybody who reads the rental details. We would gladly stay again, it was perfect for us, as we wanted inexpensive, convenient self-catering and that is exactly what we got. Not concierge service, not luggage storage, not all night desk availability. If you want that, stay in a hotel (and pay more for it). Having said all that, I wish the owners would realize that their posted replies to poor reviews are not doing their business any favors.

Do not ever go here. Was 10 min late after check in, no one was in the office, a tenant told me 'no rooms were available', then come to find out my credit card not only got charged once but TWICE. The only good thing this place was good for was a laugh when I called the owner in the morning to dispute the credit card charges and he tried to defend how he had the right to charge double for someone not even staying overnight. In response to the owners response: First & foremost, I just wanted to thank you for that paragraph from hell. You have opened up my eyes to a whole new world of botching the English language. Secondly, you run an establishment that wouldn't suffice for project 8 housing in Los Angeles and promote it as a 4 star hotel in Florence. Bottom line is, LOOK @ YOUR RATINGS. These magical 10, 000 people you house a year must not have the luxury of the world wide web. The 8 people that do have responded accurately. In the valiant attempt to stop others from the suffering you inherently bring to customers, us few with access to the internet have stood up to your Italian tyranny. I didn't threaten to call the "mafia", I threatened to call the feds. It's this CRAZY concept we have in America, to stop scam artists and frauds from taking other people's money by false advertising/faulty charges. Here's a question you should ask yourself: what if your customers don't have a working phone while visiting Italy? How are they to call you after 8PM?

Very good, but dirty a little.

It is no worthy to give an one point. The staff was so late 30 min but no apology to us and very unpolite. Wi-fi was so terrible. I can't do anything. You can't take your luggages before check in and after check out. If you check in after 8pm, you should pay 25euro more. Terrible experience.
