Really great Bed and Breakfast. Everything is clean and it feels more like visiting family.
Elena is great host and the Breakfast she makes everyday is so delicious!
She also gives good advice and its great to talk to her every morning!
The rooms are cozy and do have ac, they get cleaned daily.
If I come back to Florenz I will gladly stay here again!
Also there is a bus station nearby with a bus direct to the city center and also a great Pizza place and even Ice cream place.
Parking is possible on the streat and free.

It's a wonderful place located in a quiet area but also very close to the city center and bus stops. Whole place is very cozy and nicely finished. There are many small details inside that add authenticity to this place.
As for Elena — she's a wonderful and kind person. She went above and beyond to make our stay as best as possible. We had lots of friendly chats and small talks about Firenze and Italy. She recommend few restaurants and attracions that we tried and we were very satisfied.
If we ever visit Firenze again, we will definietly stay at Elena place.
